Chapter 17

 The next day I woke up Speed and Lennon are already eating breakfast.They just smiled at me and greet me good morning and did'nt ask anything though I know they heard me crying my lungs out last night.They are both dress and prepared for the race and I hurriedly took a bath.After I doll myself up bumaba na ako para makaalis na kami.

"You look nice." -Lennon said bago ako pagbuksan ng pinto sa passenger seat.

"nice is understatement, Excellent is the right word.Mayzie you look excellent as always."-Speed winks at me and I just shook my head.

Si Speed ang naupo sa back seat at si Lennon naman sa driver seat pero bago paandarin ni Lennon ang kotse ay tumigil sya at lumingon sa gawi ni Speed.

 "Speed Ale Lancaster why am I the one to drive? Get off! You seriously need a warm up." 

"What? No Way. I want to save my energy Nürburgring race is a long drive.I don't want to waste my energy." 

Lennon look at me then whisper.

"Don't you agree with me May'z? He's extremely fire up for he's match.Ibang iba sya sa witty person that we know and that's the reason why I always accompany him on all his race.I got to see this different side of him. " 

Tumango naman ako kay Lennon.I know too that he has this serious side of him pero this is rare chance that I got to see him like this.Lagi naman kaming nanonood sa pag may race si Speed pero hindi yung ganitong kasama ko sya before mag start usually kasi nasa bleacher's lang kami the whole match at kapag tapos na saka lang namin sya makakausap.

Less than 15 minutes ng dumating kami sa Nürburgring dahil kasama kami ni Speed ay may special pass or privilege kami kaya pwede kaming maupo sa baba at makasalamuha si Speed hanggang sumakay sya sa sasakyan nya at makakasama namin ang mga elites and high-class persons sa upuang ukol para saamin.

Umalis saglit si Speed at pag balik nya ay nakasuot na sya ng black and white race driver costume.He look's more appealing than usual and he's eyes is burning with excitement.Hawak pa nya ang gloves nya at nasa kabilang kamay naman ang helmet.Lumapit ako sa kanya at inayos ang medyo magulo nyang buhok.

"Youre certainly prepared to win this race right?."
