Leta woke with a start, her head lurching forward, suddenly breaking away from her sleep. She looked around wildly, confusion overwhelming her. That is until she realized she had not been kidnapped, but instead was back at the Academy of her own free will.

She leaned back, resting her head on the headboard as she tried to get her heartbeat back to normal. Even with the thought blockers on she would still have nightmares.

It would be one thing for them to be of her own childhood, the horrors she faced when living on the streets and the immense pain that she endured when training. But the memories and hells that played through her mind often wandered to others. She became someone else and was therefore thrust into their worst fear.

And every moment felt... Real.

Leta shivered a bit, realizing she was wearing nothing but a tanktop and her underwear. She sighed, pulling on a sweater over the white tank top and standing over her suitcase as she looked for a pair of pants.

Three rasps echoed in her room as she pulled up a pair of blue jeans. She buttoned them shut before walking over and opening up the door.

"I didn't think anyone else would be up this early." She muttered, looking out for whoever had called for her attention.

"And I'm surprised that you're the one he demanded." Leta raised an eyebrow as she looked down at Five. He was standing in his old Umbrella Academy uniform. It looked like not a day had passed since he disappeared.

Leta had to hold herself back from commenting on the situation which she could tell he appreciated. "What are you on about?" She asked, tossing her hair around before walking back into her room with the door open. He followed her in, crossing his arms in front of his chest quite angrily.

"Klaus. I need him to do a job for me. He refused unless you come along. Of course he also wanted twenty dollars, but said he would settle for you.

Leta cocked her eyebrow, putting a hand on her hip as she looked at him. "You're kidding right?" She muttered. He let out a sigh worthy of a disappointed parent bafore taking a few steps forward.

"I need you to do this okay? Just find your nicest outfit and meet me at the bottom of the stairs in ten minutes." She tilted her head a bit. He was scared. He swept a hand through his cropped hair and turned away for a moment. "Please."

Leta flashed him a smile, "Thats all you had to say. I'll be down in five."

With that he gave her an appreciative nod, turning around and exiting her room with a hard closing of the door.

She sighed, tilting back her head and blowing a breath out from between her lips.

It only took her three minutes to find an appropriate outfit, it was one of her work sets. A grey pencil skirt, blazer, and white button up blouse. She paired it with black heels and pulled back her dirty blond locks into a neat bun.

With that she made her way out, down the stairs, and to the foyer. She looked around to see if anyone else was up and about, but it seemed the only sign of life that morning was the sound of Five having a conversation with someone upstairs. She pushed up her glasses as she traits her toe.

Leta shrugged, reaching into her pocket for her smart phone while she waited.

Every morning she had made a habit of looking at the local news, to make sure Diego hadn't gotten himself killed in the middle of the night or done something else in the same lane. She swipped through the local feed slowly, the one thing catching her eye a police report of a deadly shooting at Griddy's donuts the night before.
