Three Forces as One

Part 3/Chapter 19:

"Queen Ella?" I heard Carter and Jack both say at the same time. "Why are you here this is not a suitable place for the queen of Renan."

"I am here to see my daughter and then I am to stay here so my whole country will be safe. Wake up my daughter, someone!" Said the queen who was apparently my mother.

"I will wake her" Carter said and walked to me kneeling on the floor beside me. "Elaine, please wake up I need you, you are my second half" I heard gasps from all around the room as he kissed me, I smiled and my eyes fluttered open. I kissed him back and he smiled. "She is awake my queen" She looked like she was in the most awe. "Are you two?" "Yes, we are together, my queen" I replied.

"Now, don't call me that. I'm your mother" "No, you're not. My mother is Ms.Willis, my neighbor, she took care of me from of the age of ten to the age of 16. You were never there, she was. She is my mother." I turned to Queen Mina and her goons "Now, if you're going to hurt us and then send us back home, then send me to Ms.Willis. Not her, she is no mother of mine"

"Well, well, well. My good friend Ella, it seems I will have more fun with this then I thought. Your daughter doesn't even want you to be her mother! Ha! Wait until I tell her your little plan!" Said Queen Mina.

"What plan?" I said scowling at everyone in the room minus Carter.

"Well Ella here thought that you would be very happy knowing that she was your birth mother. That is not the case, but her deal still stands. She said if I would "save" you from earth and bring you to her. That both of you would stay here, forever. Another part of the exchange was that I would not take any more of your people here to Farana, I would leave them in Renan.

"Well, may I at least go to Carter and I's room? My queen" I deeply curtsied and she said yes, but that I would be retrieved later for the official reunion of my mother and I. I thanked her and ran weeping into my room flanked by Carter. I fell down into my bed crying into my pillow.

"Carter, I don't know what I will do, I can't believe it the queen is my mother! My mother! And she left me all those years ago. I know it's Renan law and everything, but couldn't she have left a note or something for me when I got older so I would know?!" I ranted to my fiancé.

"El I'm sure that she has a good reason, but there's one thing I don't understand. All people with royal blood have dark blue eyes, but yours are aquamarine"

"I bet it's something she did so I wouldn't catch on early" I slumped against my headboard when I realized I was starving. "Carter, let's go down and eat"

"Not so fast missy. Did you forget that you have deadly injuries?" (A/N I sure did) "I am going to put a cast around your leg and heal up the rest of you" He did as he said and then carried me bridal style downstairs.

We walked into the formal dining hall where I was to "meet my mother for the first time". I saw all the food and was immediately hungry. Carter said that he was to pretend to be a guard and that I had to be thrashing and trying to get out of his grip when I see the queen and Carter will drop me where I will immediately bow in front of her. She will tell me to stand and she will tell me the "great" news. I'm gonna wing it from there though, because I stopped listening to Carter and thought about what would have happened if I had lived in the castle with my mom my whole life. I wouldn't have met Carter, Kandace or Joey. I wouldn't have gone to earth. I wouldn't be stuck in this mess, but I think not meeting Carter outshines them all. Meeting Carter was destiny. I couldn't imagine living without him.

"El, are you even listening? It's time to go!" I looked up at him and said "well let me mess up my hair and stuff" I quickly let two water sprouts mess up my hair and makeup. Then I told Carter to give it his best shot.

"Aaaaaaaaaa" I screamed and thrashed around, I really was screaming in pain though, because my bruises were hitting the ground quite brutally. I saw Queen Ella and Carter dropped me right into a perfect deep curtsy right next to the ground. She laughed regally and told me.

"Do not do that you may stand" I did as I was told for once and stood up. "Oh, Elaine how I've missed you" I looked at her confusedly and she continued "You are my daughter" I pretended to fumble with my words.

"M...my..mother? Y..you..must..b..be...kidding." Then I looked at her once again with tears in my eyes. "Mother!" I ran at her and gave her a hug breathing in her scent. She smelled like flowers. I pretended to be very happy we looked smilingly together at the camera and the camera man cut it. I was quickly carried off to another room by Carter. I looked at him confusedly.

"This is where you stopped listening isn't it?" He said accusingly. I smiled innocently and he rolled his eyes.
