As I ran it started to rain. Why did Kai leave me in the ice? I cannot cry. I won't.

Back then, there were so much battles I fought that kept me distracted from my pain. Physical pain distracted me from my mental. Tina always healed me. Made sure I was okay. She was the only person who truly cared about me, and now she's gone. Now that it's almost a thousand years later, no ones looking for me. No one is attacking the village. Nothing to distract me.

Once reaching the cliffs I placed my mask, cloak, and bag on a nearby dead tree. Taking my hand bandages off it looks like they're healed. Looking down it was a long drop, as expected. I turned away from the edge and stared at the tree with all my stuff. Closing my eyes I knew it was time. Leaning back I started to fall. The cold air hitting my face. This is nice.

Once nearing the bottom I flipped back to be upwards again. Creating lighting blades in my hands and using my feet I pushed them into the side of the cliff to slow down my fall. I'm walking along the bottom of the cliff and taking a look around.

It is empty down here. No trees, no life. There are many boulders and tall rocks so this'll do. The rain started to pour harder as I began to throw my fists into the rock. My fists started to bruise. but I can't stop.

I can't get them out of my head. This feeling in my heart keeps tightening. Tears started forming in my eyes. Quickly I used my hand to wipe them away. My breathing started to get heavy and faster. The rocks started to tear at my bruised fists. The rain starting to feel like pellets against my skin. With each punch chipping off a bit of the boulder.

Putting my head down I took a look at my fists they were covered in blood. The blood trailed down to my elbow and mixed with the rain.

I'm not done.

Without looking I turned around and threw out a punch where I remembered there being another boulder. Instead my hand was stopped by another. I didn't even have to look up to know who it was. My head stayed down as my hand that made contact started to tremble with pain. I pressed in my emotions before speaking.

"Go away Kakashi," I rasped.

"Usually when people say they'll be back in a 'little bit', they don't go out hitting rocks at the bottom of a cliff for an hour," he said casually as his eyes went to my bleeding hand he caught. "Besides, I think you've had enough."

I didn't move. "Why are you here?" I asked in a hopeless voice.

His voice got soft as he said, "Because I care about you Rin. I was worried something happened to you."

I immediately looked up at him. He looked at me with the softest gaze. This is the first time he's seen my face.
