1) Sally can act immature but she is quite mature for her age, she died at the age of eight but it has been five years since then. Due to this she uses her childish behaviour to lure in her victims.
2) Her Teddy is her comfort teddy she can't go anywhere without it, hearing Johnny, Uncle or Keep Quiet upsets her quite alot as her memories of the event are quite graphic.
3) Her older brother is Ben Drowned, her parents divorced when she was three. While the dad and the mother argued at the friends house across the road Ben was sat on the top of the stairs looking after his younger sister until the mother ran off with her.
Sally reunited with him soon enough though, and they both got along again.
