(This is just incase I stop writing my au, which is unlikely I'm just figuring out the treatments she'd have)
1) This isn't really a headcannon but she is dating Jane Richardson this was confirmed by the creator; but I headcannon that she got married to her in 2017 August 23rd and Mary remembers the exact time the wedding started; 3:45.
2) She had an heartattack which was later diagnosed as Stress Cardiomyopathy also known as Broken Heart Syndrome. This was due to the shock of Janes disappearance. This does mean Mary has breathing difficulties, but she hasn't had another episode since.
3) Her Parents are still alive, Mary doesn't kill so she visits them every Monday and Friday night (it's at the night so Jane can come too.) The parents are alright with it as long as their daughters happy.
