(Underrated character in my opinion, not as Underrated as Valley but still.)
1) She's callous and cold most of the time, after all being a nurse does cause some formality in her speech. Doesn't mean she's polite as such.
2) She runs some sort of first aid cabin with Doctor Smiley, they check up on the other pastas injuries and supply medication (stolen, of course) to those who need it for either physical or mental reasons.
3) Unless she's tracking/luring a victim she refuses to speak much, not that she's introverted just her minds twisted in a way that it's became hard to talk normally enough for to not sound like gibberish.
