1) He's a full of emotionless stalker, not a shred of sympathy, you can only see his eyes and his hair when you pass him as he covers up in full black to hide in the shadows. Hence why he can always find Vailly
2) He has O.L.D (Obessesive Love Disorder) basically an extreme love for someone that can get to Davids level, like stalking, harming others or even the special person. (Vailly in this case.)
3) Thinking of obsessions; he had his left ear stretched and he tied the nerves of Vaillys blue eye around the hole. So basically, he uses the eye he gauged out of Vailly as a earring.
