1) He's constantly dizzy, after all of the organ transplants and loss of blood it's hard for him to preform quick movements without strain afterwards.
2) He's extremely talented with fire arms, after stealing his fathers he began collecting them not in an obsessive way more to help his anxiety.
3) Him and Jeff can sense if one of them are feeling off, it's a bit creepy sometimes; they can just look at eachother and tell how they are. A sibling thing I guess.
