‘’Are you ready for the big news?’’ It was Sunday night and i was skyping with my best friend Kian.
Even though he lives in California and i live in London, he knows everything about me and we skype almost every night. I'm Ella and I’m 16 years old, I used to live in California but my dad got a new job in London. Moving to London was horrible, I always thought London is the most wonderful place on this planet but I was wrong. Living in a town without Kian is terrible. I have friends here, Zoe, Alfie, Jack, Finn, Sam, Marcus and the other guys. They are lovely, but still.. I would kill somebody to go back to California.
The skype chat was horrible, the only thing i did was yawn because it was 4 o clock in the morning while it was afternoon in California. ‘’Are you ready for the big news?’’ Kian smiled
‘’What are you talking about.’’ I yawned
‘’The big news.’’ He smirked
‘’JUST TELL ME WHAT THE BIG NEWS IS’’ Why did I yell so hard, what if I wake my mom she would kill me. I should be asleep.
Kian saw that i was a bit annoyed so he finally said something else than are you ready for the big news. “Well, erm you know that erm my mom has her own company?’’
I nodded.
‘’Well she found another job, a better one..’’
Oh, I was surprised. Not in a good way to be honest, like yes I am happy for his mom but i couldn’t care less.
‘’Well that’s wonderful, tell your mom that I’m happy for her!’’
Kian was still smiling. ‘’Yes oh my god I’m so happy for us.’’
Us? What the fuck did he mean with ‘’us’’ i gave him a confused look.
‘’HER NEW JOB IS IN LONDON, SHE'S STARTING NEXT FRIDAY’’
‘’WHAT OH MY GOD KIAN’’ I screamed and danced like an idiot infront of the camera.
‘Aw Ella you’re so cute but your dancing skills are awful’’ He laughed
‘’Thanks babe.’’ I said sarcastically
‘’Cant wait to see your dancing skills in real life.’’
‘’You’ll die.’’ We both laughed
‘’Ah but you look so tired, you should go to bed.’’
‘’You’re not my mother.’’
Kian didn't say anything but he was smiling at his phone, maybe he was texting someone, maybe a girl. He always tells me about the girls that he likes. But he told me he doesn’t like anyone at the moment.
‘’Look at your twitter.’’ He laughed out loud.
‘’What have you done Mr Lawley..’’ I opened the twitter app but Kian didn’t tweet anything but I did… or should i say Kian did. – @ellalewis: i love kian more than i love myself kian is hot i love him i want to marry him he is my mom and i should go to bed-
‘’Fuck you.’’ I laughed at the tweet he sent on my twitter. ‘’But yeah I’m tired good night Kian.’’
‘’Goodnight, i miss you Ella.’’ He blushed
‘’Miss you too, can’t wait till next Friday.’’
I logged out of skype and closed my laptop.
This was the best news i’ve heard in my life
// The next morning.
It was Monday morning but school was cancelled. I rubbed my eye and checked my phone. I got a text from Finn.
-Hey ella me alfie and zoe are going to the cinema tonight, wanna join us? :) xxx -
I smiled at my phone and replied quickly.
- Yeah sounds lovely. What time? x -
- Movie starts at 10 pm so me and alfie will pick you and zoe up around 9 xx -
- Okay see you then finn :-) xxx -
I was excited to tell them about Kian. They already knew who Kian is but not that he's coming to London next Friday.
I wish i could stay in my bed but I was too excited for next Friday and tonight. Finn Alfie and Zoe are so nice. Zoe is like my best friend, she's so pretty. Sometimes I wish I was her, it sucks to be the ugly friend. So many cruel thoughts but right now I'm still smiling like an idiot because of Kian.

Kian was the best person to text with, that kid replied faster than Usain Bolt.
Before I got out of my bed I checked instagram. Kian uploaded a selfie, aw.
His smile, his eyes, his hair, he's flawless.
My best friend is the most perfect guy in the world and i never realized that.
