School sucks. Most people would agree with Alix. Even if she was top of the class, school was always a bore.

Until today when the girl she totally wasn't crushing on came in yelling her new nickname.

"Allykins"! Alix turned to the limo and smiled when she saw Chloe.

Adrien, Nino and Alya stared at her in disbelief. "What did we do"?! Alya gasped.

"We made them... friends"? Nino stared as the two of them hugged. "I'm not complaining, though I'm happy for her" Adrien smiled. He was glad the two had become friends again. Djwifi just followed him inside, still in shock.

Alix placed her stuff in her locker and watched as Chloe talked to Sabrina. She grinned and left, not wanting to eavesdrop on them.

She walked into the class and sat beside Mylene. "What was up with Chloe this morning"? Mylene asked.

"Oh the whole Allykins thing"? Alix tried to keep her cheeks from going pink. "Happened during quarantine, I might tell you everything when Alya asks".

"I thought those two weren't friends anymore" Max said when he saw Chloe and Sabrina walked in together.

Alix shrugged.

"I can hear you losers talking about me"! Chloe looked at everyone around Alix. She couldn't bring herself to insult Alix.

"Chloe" Alix said, with a disappointed look that hit her hard. Chloe flicked her hair to down play it and sat down.

"I really thought she was getting better" Alix whispered to Mylene. "I guess some people can't change" she shrugged.

But Alix knew Chloe could change, she just needed to be willing.
———
Chloe didn't feel right.

She was a fool to think things would be back to normal. Though she was still insulting people, it didn't feel like her anymore.

She felt like her mother.

"The last thing I want is to be like her, so it's time to make a change" Chloe grabbed a piece of paper and wrote.

She made sure Ms. Bustier wasn't looking and passed it to Alix.

C- I know we shouldn't be passing notes but its important
C- I want to be nicer
A- That's great!
A- But why ask me?
C- Because I trust you the most

"Girls, no passing notes in my class"! Ms. Bustier had caught them fast.

"Sorry miss" they both apologized. "Please go to the principal's office" she said. "Miss, I was the one who started it, theres no need to blame Chloe" Alix said.

Chloe blinked at her. She couldn't believe Alix was willing to take the fall for her. Ms. Bustier sighed.

"Ok Chloe, you're free" she said. "Alix, principals office". Alix got up and handed the note to her teacher.

"Sorry again miss" she said and walked out of the classroom.

"Let this be a lesson that it is disrespectful to pass notes in class" Ms. Bustier placed the paper on her desk and returned to her lesson while Chloe just stared at the door, dumbfounded.

Lunch arrived and the students were all gathered in the cafeteria.

"I really want to know" Alya whined. "Well Alix isn't here right now" Marinette patted her shoulder. "I know, she's taking forever"!

Just then, Alix walked in the room and saw Alya staring at her with a reporters need for information. She sighed and went to sit with her friends.

"Ok, start" Alix told Alya.

"How are you two better friends than before, what's with the nickname and what the frick did you guys do during all last week"?! She yelled.

Everyone in the room turned to stare at her.

"Sorry" she waved at them and they all went back to their conversations.

Alix spotted Chloe and gave her a look that said "help me". She snickered at the pink haired girls fate.

"We found out we have a lot in common, she just started calling me Allykins and what we did is our business" Alix said, all the answers surrounded by mystery.

"Those are not very good answers" Alya frowned. "Fine, we talked about boys" Alix lied. "Happy now"?

"Did you tell her that Adrien is Marinettes not hers"? Rose asked.

"She doesn't like him, promise".

Marinette sighed in relief.

"One more question" She said. "Why are you friends with her, she's mean, rude and a bully".

Alix rolled her eyes. "I thought you, of all people, believed in second chances, even if this is Chloe's 4th second chance but if you don't think my judgment is valid then.." She just shrugged.

"We weren't saying your judgment is wrong" Mylene said.

"It's ok, I need to go, bye girls" Alix stood and left. Chloe and Sabrina glanced at the girls she left and followed after the pinknette.

"It makes no sense"! Marinette said. "We should just support her decision" Mylene said.

Alix stormed into the locker room and paced around. "They don't know anything" She thought.

"But I can't talk about her too much without blushing or telling secrets". Alix groaned and collapsed on the bench.

"Alix"? Sabrina poked her head in the door. "Chloe, I found her" she yelled and opened the door for her.

"What happened"? Chloe asked.

"Nothing, just stressed right now" Alix didn't meet her eyes. "So you want help being nicer"? Chloe nodded.

Sabrina stood off to the side, listening. "I need to talk to Chloe alone" Alix looked at the red head.

"Oh sure, I can leave" she grabbed the door handle. "No, it's ok" Alix took Chloe's hand and dragged her into the bathroom.

"Are you friends with Sabrina again"? "Yeah" Chloe answered confused.

"No, like really your friend or is she still doing your bidding"? Alix crossed her arms over her chest. Chloe looked at her shoes.

"The second one".

"That's where you'll start" Chloe looked back up at her. "You have to let Sabrina be her own person and you have to do your own work" Alix told her.

"You're right, but what if my grades drop"? Chloe sighed. Alix took Chloe's hands in her own.

"Sabrina and I will make sure that doesn't happen, promise". Chloe smiled, in attempt to hide her blush.

"Thank you" she said. "You're welcome" Alix ran a hand through her pink hair. "Now go, be nicer" she laughed.

Chloe nodded and left the bathroom.

Alix turned to look in the mirror. She touched her heated cheeks.
"I'm so screwed"
