"Y'all leave sis alone......" I said grabbing the footstool to have DeeDee stand on it. "Aight mama......we're gonna pour it in each cup, nice and slow.....so we don't spill it."

I helped DeeDee pour in the batter, while Monty and Nike did the same with the others. "Y'all figured out a name for the baby, yet....?" Nike asked pouring her batter.
"No man.....I'm five months and we still can't figure out a good name....." She whined.
"Y'all still got time." Monty said, pouring his batter.
"Princess.....where's Charles?" I ain't seen him, when we picked Monty up after Carmel's appointment.
"He's working. He'll be here in a lil bit. He just thought our baecation was due....."
"That sucks that it got cut short for y'all....." Nike said.

We all giggled. I ain't gonna lie this was nothing new for us, but it felt nice doing this with DeeDee. To see the excitement on her face.....was worth it.
