THE HUMAN HELL

THE HUMAN HELL

The human mind is truly the scariest place of all

They warned us about monsters wondering the halls

But forgot to mention the worst kind lives inside

Without even being reconized.

We make mistakes and hold things back

Never wanting to admit to being broken

And always being afraid to take a stand

And risk actually mending ourselves.

The way I see it is really fucked up

Like shattered hearts is all we've got

And I know darkness inside me well

Just like I see it inside everybody else.

Exploring darkest parts of my mind

Walking with skeletons for an adventure

All of that made me change my direction

And making a home with every monster

Writing them down

So they'll never have the chance to be forgotten.
