I would be lying if I said the reception after the ceremony was awesome and Mark was just the best and we danced and laughed then at the end we kissed good night and lived happily ever after... ha-ha yeah right. This is the part of the story that gets a little confusing.
So I'm sitting at the table all alone while Mark had run off trying to find his "missing" sister. He asked if I wanted to sit with Chris but I just laughed. So I was sitting here all alone and bored.
Since the bride had come out for the first dance and no one was really aware of her missing, the dj was still jamming away and all the guest were dancing and drunk, while I sat there sober and bored.
"Ugh! I'm starving!" I said and stood up walking towards the buffet to see if I could get something to eat.
I found lots of food and put about everything that didn't have meat in it on my plate. Let me just say even if I wasn't a vegetarian and ate meat I wouldn't of ate it because the meat looked rare, the cooks must have been blind or something.
I sat down and begin slowly eating my food trying to blow away time. I was just about done when I heard someone sit beside me. I just scooted over and stuffed the last piece of broccoli in my mouth then looked over towards the person.
I swallowed and almost choked when I saw who it was. She just smiled at me as I dabbed my mouth with the napkin trying to wrap my head around the scene in front of me.
"Mark was looking for you," I said bluntly.
