Chapter 21
Leah's jaw dropped to the floor when she saw the sight that caused the loud sound to echo throughout the café.
Both of Ethan's hands were pressed against the window that overlook the mall outside of the café shop. His jaw was clenched and his eyes glared daggers at Nathan like he was ready to kill.
Leah stood up, causing the man to snap his gaze to hers.
She held the urge to flinch when their eyes met, but her stances were soon relaxed when she noticed the subtle change in his scary gaze as they soften upon seeing her.
Without a word, he walked inside the café, his steps loud and intimidating, prowling towards her and his eyes remained against the emotionless blonde boy who stay seated as he eyed Ethan with obvious distaste, gone was his dashing smile that he knew girls would die for and his playful joking batters.
Ethan grabbed her hand, taking a second for her to reject him if she wanted to, before intertwining their fingers when she didn't. He pulled her out of the place and away from her friends.
They walked away, faster then she'd like but she kept quiet. Suddenly he pulled her into a clothing store, she lifted an eyebrow when he suddenly grabs a shirt from the shelf while walking. Ethan pulled Leah until they reached the fitting room and he lock the door.
"Ethan...?"
Leah looked up to see his blue eyes staring at her intensely, he wasn't smiling nor was he frowning, he didn't say anything and just stared at her. She backed as he walks towards her slowly, she felt something cool through the back of her school shirt. A mirror.
"What's wrong?" she whispered to him gently, lowering her voice so that people outside couldn't hear them. Ethan was now standing right In-front of her, still staring at her.
They were alone but weirdly enough, she didn't feel scared.
She waited until he spoke, her eyes staying on his as neither one looked away. Ethan begins to lean closer to her, his face only inches away as he looked at her with much intensity, suddenly, he picks her hands in his bigger ones and press a kiss against them.
Her eyes widened before furrowing slightly as she wondered what exactly was going on with her friend.
Ethan peck her soft small hands feverishly, yet still doing it with delicateness like she was made of glass. He kissed every corner, every spot, at her slender fingers, in between her hands, the edges of her fingertip-everywhere.
"What are you doing...?" she whispered shyly, feeling a little hot from the attention her hands were receiving. They were close, so close, and Ethan practically build a border with his body over her.
"Where..." he suddenly begins in between his kisses, his eyebrows suddenly furrowing as they had remained closed from the start. "Where did he touch you?"
"Huh?"
Ethan stopped kissing her hands and lift his head to meet hers, her head was slightly down from both the shyness and frustration she felt from the out-of-the-blue male, her cheeks slightly red and her eyes looked at him in confusion.
Whilst Ethan stared at her, his gaze so intense, penetrating through her face to see her bare. His breathing was low, he seemed like he was holding the harsh labor breathing coming out from his nostrils to not panic her but she could clearly see the rapid movement of his chest moving upwards and downwards in seconds.
"Did he touch your wrist?" he finally spoke, his voice low and deep. Suddenly he bought her wrist to his lips and peck against it softly.
"Did he touch you here?" despite it being clothed with her long sleeve sweater school uniform, he still kept pecking his lips all across her arms until her clothed shoulder, leaving butterfly kisses.
