The elevator finally reaches the 9th floor and Jin went to his best friend's unit.
He freely opened the door and there he saw his best friend, getting ready to go out.
"Yah, you startled me!" the girl exclaimed when she saw Jin.
Jin laughed, "I'm sorry, just want to personally bid my goodbye because I'm finally moving."
"Wha-- really?"
"Yeah, I already told you 2 months ago that I'll be moving why are you like so shock?" He chuckled.
"Really, so no more Jin on the 7th floor huh?"
"Yeah,"
"Where are you moving to?"
"Why are you asking? You won't be visiting me anyway,"
"Yah, I---"
Nayeon wasn't able to continue because Jin pulled her into a hug.
"Gimcheon," he whispered.
Nayeon is surprised by the guy's action but she's not mad about it, she hugged him back instead.
Feeling the warmth engulfing their hug brings back memories to some of their shared moments.
This isn't the first time they hug each other and Nayeon doesn't remember when was the last time she felt her bestfriend's hug.
"Why do I feel like this hug is the last hug you're giving me," she uttered while her face is slightly buried on the guy's chest.
"Silly, of course not. Unless you won't be needing me anymore then maybe--,"
"I need you, Jin."
He smiled and tightens the hug.
Silence.
After quite a minute, he broke the hug and faces her.
"If you need help and everything, I'm just one call away, arasso? We may be busy with our own lives but your bestfriend will still always be here for you. Especially if that CEO of yours will hurt you then expect me to be in jail just because I murdered someone named Jinyoung."
She laughed, "you're exaggerating."
"Yeah but I can seriously do that,"
"Arasso,"
"And speaking, he's waiting for you."
"Yeah, he's already messaging me about it."
"Alright, let's go because it seems he's not that patient enough to wait." He chuckled.
They went out.
Jin dropped by in his unit, he doesn't have something to fix but he just doesn't want Jinyoung to see them getting out of the building together.
He stands in a location where he can see the outside sight. He looks down and he saw Nayeon approaching her boyfriend.
He saw the guy kissed her on her cheeks before getting in the car and went off.
I am happy the moment you said you need me,
but I could have been a lot happier if you need me not just as your bestfriend. He whispered.
