[38] The End

Jin opened his eyes.

He is immediately welcomed by a heavenly atmosphere. He is in a house he's unfamiliar with.

Wait no, it's his house.

He moved and he felt someone beside him.

"Nayeon?" He uttered, the girl is hugging him while sleeping soundly. Because of his movement, Nayeon woke up but she's still closing her eyes.

"A little more minutes baby, please?" She mumbled lazily.

"B-baby what?" He said confused, he remembered his bestfriend is married to a man named Jinyoung but why is she here calling him baby now?

"Yah, we are not on earth. We are in the real another life. Did you forget when I said I will choose you and I will love you?"

Jin widens his eyes.

"Where are we?" He asked.

"Dadddyyy!" Someone spoke and run towards them.

"Hyunjin?"

He's confused. What the hell is happening?!

Oh no, wait, hell?

They are in heaven!

7 years old Hyunjin jumps in the bed, waking up his parents.

"Hyunjinnnn baby, stop!" Nayeon exclaimed. She woke up because of him.

Jin gets up and grabbed Hyunjin.

"What did you say?" He asked.

"Daddy,"

Jin is very, very confused. He looks at Nayeon who also got up looking at them with wide a smile on her face.

"Our life on earth's done, Jin. We are now in paradise. A place where there is no pain anymore, just total happiness." Nayeon stated. She joined them in bed cuddling. Even if he's still confused, he hugs both the girl and his son.

"So, Hyunjin is my son?"

"Yes,"

Hyunjin is just staring blankly while being hugged by his parents.

"I knew it. If you think I never noticed about it when we were on earth, you're wrong. Our blood still runs as one. I stared at his eyes one time, he got mine. The way he treats women with respect, I saw it. That's me. I saw myself in him. Just because physically he didn't get mine, doesn't mean he can't get something about me on the inside." Jin expressed.

"Why didn't you mention about it?"

"Maybe not mentioning about it is how we should work it to avoid the problem. The moment I will do that, it will only just cause me another pain. I've already had enough."

"I'm sorry, Jin. I am deeply sorry."

"It's okay. We're here now in another life we talked about. We're 28 again, wow! My handsome face is back!" He laughed.

"So, do you love me?" Jin asked her.

"I love you. I love you. I love you." Nayeon stated repeatedly. Jin smiled.

"I love you Jin, so much. Jinyoung is just a piece of me, but you will always be a part of me now. I risked it all, Jin. I risked about not choosing you because I know life on earth is just temporary. True life begins here and life here is eternal."

"Then maybe God answered my prayers. The moment you said you will love me in another life, a hope flickered in me and I prayed about it. God is really amazing."

"HE is."

"But why did He turn back Hyunjin into 7 years old? Why didn't He let us make him again?" He laughed.

"Yah! I just said we are in a place where there is no pain, right? Giving birth is painful, just so you know."

"Ah, right." He chuckled.

He once again hugs his family very tight.

Their life on earth is finished. Now, they will start a life where God placed them in one area of His vast paradise. He still gave the house Jin built, He didn't change it because it was Jin's dream to have his family in that house. He knows what happened to Jin and Nayeon's story, He planned everything about them.

"I love you both," Jin spoke not breaking the hug they're sharing.

Paradise is the only place where eternal life exists.

They aren't meant to be together in a temporary world because they are meant to live together, forever.

Let me just tell you some things about some of what is written in this chapter. Heaven or paradise does exist, eternal life exists and of course, God exists, He knows everything and He listens to prayers. I just want to thank Him for the knowledge and wisdom He is bestowing me on writing this story. Because I learned in my own story that everything about the world is really just temporary -- the pain, sorrow, name it all. Everything will vanish in the future. So, live while we're still young. If you have feelings for someone, take a risk. Don't be like Nayeon at the beginning of the story 😂, telling someone about how you truly feel doesn't make you less human, it actually makes you more.
