Valt x Reader

I promised this to you, so here I am, writing it . And also your comments made me crack up completely,  like, I choked on my water. Anyways, here is a fluff for you, and I hope you like it!

Valt was a person who was very fond of physical affection. You were a person who freezed completely the moment anyone touched you. It was a fact that you were both polar opposites, but the saying " Opposites Attract " seemed to hold true.

As for Valt, he thought of you being cute, and felt that whenever he touched you, you becoming a blushing and stuttering mess was the most adorable thing ever. So, he felt he was justified whenever he gave you side hugs.

You often came with Daigo to school, which was a major biggie on your part because he wasn't a fan of physical contact either. And a few weeks ago, it was just a normal day, with both of you talking and coming to school together. Your eyes were closed, or else you would have definitely seen the blue-haired person zooming straight for you.

In a moment, someone's arms were around your sides, while you glanced at the person who was hugging you.

" V-Valt??" You sputtered, your face painted a furious red in embarassment, while Valt just giggled and removed his hands from your waist and ran off.

This now continued for a few weeks. You and Daigo would walk, Valt would run up to you and hug you, you would be heavily embarassed, and then Valt would walk off, laughing all the while. 

Often, You would be teased by Daigo about how red your face was, and you would reply quickly that it was just because you were shy. For a while, your brain actually thought that maybe Valt had romantic feelings for you, but you denied the thought as soon as it came in your mind. He was a naturally friendly person, and just because you were the only one hugged by him on a regular basis, didn't mean he saw you as someone special.

Right?

Winter soon arrived, and the school became clad in snow. A few students huddled together like penguins, sharing their warmth , and for the first time in your life, you actually wanted a hug.

'' I-It's so cold!" You complained to Daigo, whose teeth were also chattering. Valt had been walking rather close to you two, and immediately mentally thought about how cute you looked with all those clothes on your slight frame. Maybe it was this realization that made him rush over to you and kiss you straight on the lips without warning.

You froze. Literally. You admitted to your brain that the kiss itself was rather warm, and his lips were quite soft. But now, all the doubts that had been flowing in your brain about him having a crush on you were now confirmed, and you knew Valt Aoi liked you.

He apparently realized what he had done, and his face turned into a mixture of shock and embarassment. He immediately began running away, screaming," Forget this happened, y/n!"

Your brain was still short-circuiting, and you thought of what to do. Daigo, bless his soul, realized what to do and told you," Go after him, y/n.''

You nodded in affirmation, and set off.

Valt felt dizzy. He realized that kissing you was basically a declaration of his love to you, and he thought that you would never talk to him again. But you came up behind him, shouting his name, and he turned around, thinking that he deserved to be shouted at.

You shyly looked away, and held one of his hands in both of yours, saying," I don't want to forget.''

A smile made its way onto Valt's face, realizing that this was your own way of confessing.

'' Good, because neither do I."
