You had planned to stay home originally, but Xander had convinced you to head over to the Halloween party him and the rest of the Dojo decided to throw...

Clinging to your little red riding hood cloak, you shivered the second the fall wind hit your cheeks.

'Whyyyy am I doing this!! I should be at home munching on candy watching Halloween movies!!'

Sniffling, you look up to see that you've finally reached your destination. With your hand shaking you reached for the doorknob and staggered indoors, freezing.

"(y/n)!!!"

Your friends hurried over, and immediately Xander and Yugo were shoving cups of warm beverages in your face.

Yugo was the first to speak. "What were you thinking walking around dressed like that!!! Are you trying to get yourself sick!!! You might as well be naked like that!!! You need to sit and rest!!!! Someone get her blankets!!!" His hands were being thrown everywhere as he looked at you concerned. A satisfied sigh left your lips as you took one of the warm beverages.

"It's about time Little Red Riding Hood made it to her grandmother's house."

Recognizing the voice that had spoken so coyly, you turn to find yourself face to face with Ukyo. A blush appeared on your cheeks as you noticed his costume...

Ukyo was clothed in a green jacket with a furry hood , a bushy tan tail, and some ears. A small laugh escaped your red lips, he looked adorable and the tint of pink on his cheeks was the cherry on top.

"Don't laugh!" He whined.

Leaning against the wall you looked him in the eyes, your face cherry red, "I'm sorry Ukyo... You just... y-you look so handsome dressed like that... But I uh... i thought you weren't coming?"

Ukyo tilted his head, "...I changed my mind." He muttered, refusing to meet your gaze... Instead he looked over at Xander...

'Ukyo!! Are you coming to the Halloween party this weekend?' Xander was smiling wide at him...

'I don't think so... I was just going to practice."

'Alright ,that's fine. I just thought you might be interested since (y/n)was going to be there... She decided to come... And I know you and her have liked one another since childho-'

'Hey, I said I'm not going...'

'... Just think about it, Ukyo... this might be your chance...'

Your voice had woken him from his thoughts...

"Hey... Aren't you and I from the same fairytale? You're basically dressed as a wolf... and I'm dressed as the one and only Red Riding Ho-"

Slamming his hands on either side of you, pinning you against the wall, smirking devilishly at you, Ukyo's blue eyes pierce your own eyes... His voice low enough for only you to hear, "The big bad wolf and Little Red Riding hood," his face was centimeters away from yours, and you could feel your heart thumping in your chest as he ran a tongue across his lips.

"Doesn't the big baddie eat her in the end... ?" Without warning, he bites down on your neck, and you feel your face turn bright red as he pulls away to grin at you, "This story could be different though. You could walk out of grandma's house alive... all you gotta do is say yes."

That was literally the limit. Your mind was swimming with flashbacks from the story, and your scaredy-cat mind was screaming " HE'S A CANNIBAL" in your head. So you did the only logical thing.

Ran straight away from him and out of the house.

" Oh God,(y/n)!" Ukyo dashed outside after you. He didn't care how cold the air felt, he needed to apologize to you. Immediately, your face came into view.

You had at this point realized that he wasn't actually a cannibal and were mad at yourself for embarassing yourself. Ukyo laughrd at your embarassed face.

" Hey!" You complained, as he wiped tears of laughter from his eyes.

" Okay, I'm sorry. Seriously. I needed to take your emotions into account too..."

" That's fine, I'm sorry too. But what were you saying before I ran away?"

Ukyo's face was flushed... The big bad wolf wasn't so tough after all...

Averting your eyes again, he quickly built up his confidence, "____, will you be my.-" Closing his eyes tight,  blurted out what he has been wanting to ask you for years, "Will you be my damn girlfriend, please!?!"

Your eyes were wide as dinner plates.

"Ukyo.."

You could see his eyes were shaking due to them being shut so tight... he didn't want you to say no... he... he meant it. He really wants you in his life.

"Yes!! Ukyo!!! I'd love to be yours!!!" Snaking your arms around his neck your plush lips met with his.

Leaning back, Ukyo smirked at you with warmth and gently he pressed his forehead to yours, "Happy Halloween, (y/n).... And thank you for making this the best one yet."
