Wakiya x Reader

Request from @_sugar-spice_ : Could you write a flirty wakiya x fem reader please? He's my favourite character!

Well, thank you very much for your request! I'll try to make this the best I can.

'' Hey, (y/n), are you lost ? Heaven is a long way from here~" 

Your face displayed your usual smile, but you were rather flattered by Wakiya Murasaki's bold comment.

" That's very kind of you to say, Wakiya.''

Wakiya was frustrated. Everytime he flirted with you, you  would just pass off his advances as him simply being nice for a change. Even if a barrage of pick-up lines was thrown your way, you still remained dense as always. And that was what was ticking him off so much. He just wished, for a change, that you take some notice of his feelings.

" Anyway, would you all like to join me for lunch? "

This took all of the beyclub members by surprise, because they had never received any indication of you being able to cook. They accepted, and just hoped the food wouldn't turn out like Valt's.

Wakiya took this as another opportunity." I didn't know you could cook. You would make a great wife, you're able to do anything."

" Please," His mind begged." Take some notice!"

The Gods must be feeling pleased with him today, because he finally got a reaction from you. Your face flushed red with the understanding of what he had said, and you tried to pass it off as a laugh on your part, saying it was nothing. Wakiya's face itself turned slightly red as he mentally fanboyed over how cute you had looked.

Everyone finally arrived at your place, and took a look around. Your home was as big as Shu's was, and it didn't feel like anyone apart from you had been here in a long while. You hushed all of them in your kitchen, seating them on the dining table and immediately set to work, chopping, slicing and dicing at an alarmingly fast rate.

In just 10 minutes, you had somehow made lunch for the six of you, and clasped your hands together before smiling and saying," Dig in!"

Wakiya took a bite, and he had never tasted anything better in his life. Apparently the rest of the beyclub agreed, because your food was finished before you knew it. 

'' Y-You guys.." You sweatdropped, as everyone including Shu held out their plates to you and demanded seconds.

'' I didn't know you could cook so well, y/n. This is better than my Carbonara." Shu said. You realized how big of a compliment it was, and embarassedly said," Oh, hush and eat! I've been cooking for a long time, that's all.''

After they had finished and you all were going back to the BeyClub, Daigo leaned over and whispered,'' You do know Wakiya likes you, right?"

You froze.

You shakily whispered back to Daigo," Are you sure?", and he rolled his eyes and muttered " Typical" to himself.

  Your mind fumbled with the possibility of this actually being true. Wakiya had a flirtatious nature, and would always try and flirt with you, but you had steadily been denying that he might harbor any special feelings for you. You liked him, that was true, but told yourself continuously that it was one-sided. Just the thought of you being with him made you happy beyond what you thought was possible. 

'' I'm gonna go talk to him.'' You muttered, but Daigo heard and patted you on the back encouragingly.

" U-Uhm, Wakiya!"

The blond turned back and his facial features softened when he saw it was you. He slowed down his walking to a speed where you could catch up to him, and you gladly fell into step with him.

'' So, um... acertainsomeonetoldmethatyoulikeme."

It was a hurried rush of words, but he understood. A shocked look momentarily crossed his features, and turned into a scowl next." I know, you don't feel the same, y/n. Don't be angr-'' But he was cut off from his statement when he heard you chuckle softly. 

'' You do realise that I like you too, right? "

He felt shocked. You, who somehow had remained oblivious to his advances, liked him?

" A-Are you sure?" he whispered,looking into your (e/c) eyes, while you smiled and stood on your tiptoes to get to his height. He didn't understand what you were trying to do, until you closed your eyes and met your lips with his.

It was a taste so addicting, that he'd remember it forever. He immediately placed his arms around your small frame and deepened  the kiss, wanting nothing more than to feel your soft lips on his again, ones he had fantasised about kissing for so long.

When you both parted, you looked straight into Wakiya's blue eyes, and said the words that marked the beginning of your beautiful relationship.

" My feelings are real, Wakiya."
