In the city

Izuka:me and Shoto finished eating breakfast at a diner,we walk around the city talking and she explains everything that has happened last night."I see,but what about the other kids? Any leads on the rest?"

Shoto:"no we still haven't finished investigating for other Vulture hideouts.we saved the 12 kids from last night with minor bruises and they all had quirk canceling rings on them"

Izuka:"and the boy you mentioned earlier?"

Shoto:"yeah his father was in charged of the place.the boy had short black hair,eyes like yours,looked to be 5 or 6 and he was covered in bruises,so when I saw him and learned that those injuries came from his father I saw myself.being pushed to his limits,his dad torturing him,trained to succeed his selfish goal at such a young age just like me when I was little"

Izuka:hearing this really shocked me I know about Shoto's past and what she went through,so she was sad and very angry that another child went through the same hardship she went through."I get that your past is something you don't like to remember and you feel the boy's pain but you shouldn't loose sight on who you are today and we'll make sure he gets the best help he deserves"

Shoto"thanks Izuka"I said as I move her closer to me "and I was thinking perhaps-"as we talk I hear voice behind us.

???:"Shoto and Deku I need your help please!"

Shoto:I turn around to see man who looks scared."sir what's the problem?" I get a good look at and noticed a V tattoo on his right shoulder."Izuka get back!" I pull my wife behind me and attack the guy with my flames.

???:"aaaahhh!! Hey stop I don't want fight I really need you help-" I get interrupted by Deku as she dashed in front of me in the blink of an eye as she launches her fist at me I famished in the last second.

Izuka:"what?!" As I turned to Shoto he appears between us.

???:"look stop I don't want to fight I need your help and I can help you also!"

Shoto:"help? You and your squad tried to kill us,terrorizing the city for so long and you even go as far to kidnapping and torture innocent kids!"

???:"hey I never signed up to kidnap kids they started doing this recently and those bastards killed my friend! Listen help me and I can you please!"

Izuka:"alright but you come to our agency and you put this on" I take out a quirk canceling ring from my pocket and toss it to him."I noticed a second ago that you can teleport so just to be safe put it on now"

???:"ok fine and I promise all your questions will be answered"

At Deku's agency.....

Izuka:we arrive at my agency and explain the situation to everyone.

Bakugo:"Deku I hope you and icy-hot have a good reason to even think of bringing this bastard here!" I shout at them wanting to know why a Vulture thug is here.

Rick:"for starters let me introduce myself my name is Rick Noromichi,my quirk is Teleportation,I joined the Vultures to get revenge on the heroes who abandon me in accident.but the headmaster has become more brutal than before by killing members who are no use of him and kidnapping kids to manipulate their minds into becoming one of us"

Bakugo:"and what exactly do you have to offer us that shows your on our side!?"

Rick:"glad you ask" I open a suitcase,taking out a map with a few areas circled."they have some other hideout in these areas and the big building far from here is where our boss is in,you wanna end the yakuza forever then go after the big boss"

Bakugo:"what quirk does the boss man have?"

Rick:"we call ourselves the Vultures and his our boss,what'd you think genius"

Bakugo:"watch your tongue!"

Shoto:"alright! Momo you and the others contact the police and some pros to let them know about this"

Yaoyorozu:"before we go,can I ask you how your making these quirk canceling rings?"

Rick:"oh well the boss is making those with his own blood"

All:"WHAT!!!"

Izuka:we were all in shock from what he just said."what you mean from his own blood?!"

Rick:"I don't know maybe he has an ability that lets him cancel out quirks or he has a second quirk,those of us that aren't tight with the boss don't know much about him"

Shoto:"I see well I say this is everything we need,you guys head out and inform the others"

Kirishima:"got it let's go guys!"

Shoto:Red riot and bakugo and the others leave to explain everything to the police leaving Rick with me and Izuka."hey look we appreciate you helping us but you'll still probably be arrested after this"

Rick:"I don't care if I go down as long as that bastard Crank goes down as well,didn't think he actually go as far to kidnapping children and plus he killed partner so I'm mostly doing this to avenge him he was my best friend,do you know what it's like to lose a friend? someone you trust?"

Shoto:"in a way but I understand what your going through.Izuka I need go to the hospital real quick to check on someone you guys wait for me here"

Izuka:"ok babe"

Rick:"I'm literally not going anywhere,see?" I say as I point to my finger with the quirk canceling ring still on me.

Shoto:"ok call me if anything happens"

At the hospital

Shoto:I walk the halls of the place with the nurse showing me to the room with who I wanna meet."hey there,remember?"

???:"oh yeah your Shoto from last.you beat up my dad like crazy last night"

Shoto:"ha yeah sorry you had to see that" I came here to see the boy from last night to learn more about him."hey I never got your name"

Ryota:"my name is Ryota I've been living with my dad under the Vultures for 3 years.my dad has been training me really hard for so long"

Shoto:"someone so young as you should never go through something like that but your safe now"

Ryota:"thanks and it's great to meet you Shoto I'm a big fan you and you friends"

Shoto:"well glad to hear that.hey do know anything about the Vultures like their boss for instance?"

Ryota:"their headmaster? Yeah I think they call him Crank,he's 9 feet tall,scary and intimidating,he has a vulture quirk and I heard from dad he has a quirk canceling ability"

Shoto:"a quirk canceling ability?"

Ryota:"yeah I heard from my dad that he can canceling out people's quirks for a while if he injects them with his feathers but he can only use that ability 5 times a day and his been getting weaker recently and I heard that he kidnapped those kids to mold their minds into working for him"

Shoto:"I see,that's everything I needed to know and if you don't mind me asking,what's your quirk?"

Ryota:"my quirk is Boost.I can boost up my physical abilities like strength,speed,defense,durability,even healing and I can even power up other people's quirks but the effects wear of in like 10 minutes for both them and me"

Shoto:"wow that quirk is amazing!" Me and Ryota talk for a while getting to know each other my phone started to ring."one second real quick,hello?"

Izuka:"Sho the police called us and they got the hideouts on the map taken care of for tonight.All might wants us all to head to the large hideout to take down the big boss,so comeback now so we can think of a plan"

Shoto:"alright I'll be their ASAP.hey sorry I gotta go but I'll see again real soon"

Ryota:"ok goodbye Shoto"
