Kians POV

I put a nice pair of jeans and a shirt on. I didn’t want to look to formal because we are having a nice dinner on the beach. I walk into my bathroom and take my hair wax out of the cabinet, I put some on my hand and rubbed through my hair, I pretty happy with the quiff I had done, it usually takes a while but this time I didn’t really care, I washed my face and grabbed a snapback off my dresser and walked out, Jc had just come out of Zoe’s room, I hope he hasn’t upset her again. I was about to talk to him when he literally ran back to his room. I guess to avoid a conversation with me. I walk into her room, she wasn’t in there, and I heard a noise coming from her bathroom so I just waited outside the bathroom and sat on her bed. When she came out my mouth dropped to the floor, she looked so beautiful in her dark purple flowy dress and black sandals. “Hey?” she asked in confusion, “wow.” Is all I could get out, “you ready?” she asked me, I snapped back into reality, “yeah, but the place I am taking you isn’t that fancy. I don’t think you should wear shoes.” She hates surprises and she is looking so confused right now. I couldn’t help but laugh a little to myself, “where are you taking me?” she asked slowly but I refused to say. We walked out of the house and over to the car, I bet her to the door so I could open it for her. I sat in the driver’s seat and buckled my seatbelt in. “seriously Ki, where are we going? You know I hate surprises,” “if I told you, we would have to cancel the date.” We slowed to a stop and both got out, it was dark and all we could see were the lit candles making the path to our table. “Ki Ki, this is amazing.” Zoe had tears in her eyes. “I thought you would like it.” I said as I wiped the stray tear from her eye. I put my arm out for her to grab it, “shall we?” I asked in an English accent, she laughed a little and took my arm as we walked over to the table through the candle lit path. The waiter did his fancy thing with the plate and put it between us, it was some posh Italian dish, and I had no idea what it was called, “ooh, chicken Manicotti. How did you know it was my favourite?” she asked, I hadn’t even heard of it, “I didn’t, but I’m glad you like it Zoe.” I felt myself go red, I scooped some of the dish and placed it on her plate and then put some on mine.

"so, this is nice." i said trying to make conversation, "yeah." she replied, feeling the awkwardness, "how are you taking us starting youtube and your crazy ex living with us?" she looked at me but i barely noticed because of the darkness, the only thing lighting the table and our faces were a couple of candles. "umm, besides the fact he hates me and apparently you, i think it will be good, as long as i can be in your videos," she said laughing, "yeah sure, you can be in my first one. it will be soon i think." i replied enjoying this meal that i have never had before, we were talking for about three hours and by that time it was elevon o clock, "kian, we should probably get going, i'm really tired." "ok, this was fun. but i'm glad i didnt get inbetween you and Connor ages ago." i told her helping her out of her seat. we got in the car and i started to drive home. it was quite boring because Zoe was asleep the whole way. "Zoe we are home. you need to wake up." i say as i shook her, she groaned and made me carry her inside, i put her gently down in her bed then walked over to my room and passed out on the bed.
