"It's not no big deal Di Angelo!" Will Solace yelked at his new boyfriend.
Nico rolled his eyes. "It was just one tiny faint!" He yelled back.
"One dam tiny faint! You were kidnapped!" He yelled.
Nico scoffed. "I'm here! Calm the fuck down!"
Will sighed. "Sunshine, I don't want to fight. I just care about you and I don't want to see you get hurt." He said.
Nico shook his head. "Whay do you even fucking care!" He screamed.
Will looked pained. "Why would you say something like that! Of course I care! I fucking love you!" He said.
Nico softened. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said that. I know you love me. I'm just not used to it." He said.
Will smiled. "I get it." He said.
Nico went back to being stone faced. "Okay. Bye. Gotta go." He said.
Will smirked. "What. No I love you?"
Nico sighed. "I love you Solace. Now bye." He said.
And with that Nico slashed the message.
Thalia came up to him. "Trouble in paradise?" She asked. Nico didn't reply. Thalia sighed. "Why don't you like me?" She asked.
Nico turned to her. "You really think that?" He asked.
She nodded. "Is it because of B-."
"Don't."
Thalia sighed. "You're a great kid." She said.
Nico just shrugged. "Thanks I guess." He said.
Thalia sighed. "Yeah like that. Why don't you like me?" She asked.
Nico rolled his eyes. "It's not that I don't like you I just don't like to be around you." He tried to explain.
Thalia frowned. "But why?" She asked him.
Nico reluctantly answered. "You just remind me so much of her." He said. Thalia nodded.
Nico continued. "You have the same glow around you that she did. And you just have the same little splurge of confidence that she got after becoming a hunter."
"I had no idea Nico. I get it." She said.
Nico just shrugged. "And you became a hunter so fast after her death I felt like you were replacing her." He said with his voice cracking.
Thalia tried to put his arm on Nico's shoulder but Nico stopped her. "I need to go." He said.
Thalia looked after him as he walked away.
