AFTER 5 MONTHS...

Arthur's P.O.V

I dragged my suitcase out as I pulled out the handle and slid it across. I came out and shielded my eyes from the bright sunlight as I looked for my family. I saw them standing at a corner, looking around for me. I waved at them, as they approached me quickly.

I was engulfed in a tight hug by Emma. She was grinning widely.

"My man is back!" She squealed.

"Don't make him regret it!" My mom warned as she held me close. "I missed my big baby!" She whispered as she kissed my forehead.

"My boy is back! Finally I won't be the only man in the house!" My dad smiled widely as he patted me on the back. He and I aren't the huggy types.

We got in the car as I looked out. Everything looked the same, nothing really changed.

"You were gone only for five months, don't act like you came back decades after!" Emma chuckled. I pinched her on the arm. She slapped me on the arm. We started fighting.

"Oh my god! You people can't even keep it peaceful for half an hour at least!" Mom groaned. We both looked at each other and started laughing. Oh, I missed these.

As we drove in our house, I quickly jumped out and marched in my house. I saw Liam spread out on the couch. As I entered, he quickly engulfed me in a bone crushing hug.

"You are back man! Finally my partner in crime has returned!" He exclaimed. I laughed at him.

"Go freshen up first!" My dad ordered me. I nodded as I went up in my room. As I opened the door, I realized everything was where I left it. My furniture and other stuff had returned before me, and they were back at their original places.

I opened up my curtains as I looked out. It had the window of the front house, Hazel's window. It was shut tightly and drapes were closed.

"She is fine." I heard someone say from behind. I turned to see it was Emma and Liam.

They knew what I was thinking.

"Is she happy?" I asked sadly.

"She looks like she is. I can't really say." Liam shrugged.

"She is! She has returned on the track." Emma spoke out. I nodded.

"She has but kept her promise to you, though!" Emma commented blankly as she walked out the room.

I looked at Liam, confused. What promise?

"How are you man?" I tried to change the topic.

"Fine. Minding my own business, boxing a little, trying to catch up with school!" He shrugged. I sighed. Liam had changed since that night. He too loved Gina, and because of me he lost her.

I thought I could get over my guilt and Hazel if I kept some space. Turns out, nothing worked.

"I... I am gonna go and meet up with coach!" I said as I came out the bathroom and wore grey sweatpants with a hoodie.

Liam had left and Emma was in her room, studying.  At least that is what she said.

I grabbed the car keys and drove away. I had the map of this place in my head, stored permanently. I parked outside as I quietly walked in.

Coach was maybe in the locker room since he was not out there. A guy,all decked up, was practicing with a punching bag in the ring. His strokes moved skillfully. They were quite smooth and fast.
