Scripting is a very big part in shifting. You basically just write a fanfic about yourself. So you are y/n :). Scripting is not essential but it helps, it definitely helps a lot lol, just trust me on this one. Scripting can be written on a real piece of paper or in your notes on your phone or iPad or whatever, you get the point. If you need help getting ideas, well this is watpad just search up some fanfics or stores to give you ideas! You are the author to your own book. Shifting can of course be done without, if you have a smart mind and great at remembering things. When you are scripting make sure to include ever single detail,
For example:
-"I have brown hair"
-"I have blue eyes"
-" I am 5'8"
-"I am a female"
Just describe yourself.
So I'm not going to go into such a large rant, because this is basically just writing a story about yourself. Remember this is 100% real in your Dr only! So no, what you do in your Dr will not happen in your Cr. But the people in your Dr are real! I know it's hard to belive, but they are real just in another reality.
So what I want you to try to do is make up scenarios in your head about anyone or anything you want and write it down in your notes/paper. That should help you get started. It can be long and detailed or short and quick.
It matters how much you belive.
Yes you can go to hogwarts, yes you can see your crush, yes you can go into a movie. Do as you please. But the people can reject you in your Dr, just belive that they won't and you should be fine, I've only heard one story of someone getting rejected!
I do not belive you can see people who have passed, but I could be wrong! I would be the wrong person to ask about that one!
You can script if you would like to feel pain or not. (I would recommend no just to be safe)
So now what I want you to write down is how you want to get back, for example:
-" I want to clap twice to come back to my Cr"
-"I want to snap five times to return to my Cr"
Just whatever you would like.
Yes, you can travel with your friends! I am learning about that soon so I will try to provide that information when I learn about it!
In this book I will not talk about respawing because that is very very dangerous and kinda scares the hell out of me. Please do not try respawning.
