Hey!
So today we will be learning about the rope method. Basically during this method you want to imagine yourself pulling your consciousness out with the rope and guiding it to your desired reality.
I personally have not tried this method before, but I have met a lot of people online that has. This does have a lot to do with visualization but it is very simple at the same time.
Tell me how you feel about this method, this one has always freaked me out a bit haha.😳
