Hey!

So Today we will be talking about the pillow method. I would say this method doesn't take much effort, basically what you wanna do is write a script on a piece of paper and put it under your pillow. You are able to put your phone next to your pillow and keep your notes open I heard, but I would just recommend writing it on paper.

I would say that you should use subs while doing this, it helps clear your mind. Start visualizing a little bit about your desired reality before you go to bed. Keep reminding yourself that you will shift tonight, and that you will be in your desired reality when you wake up.

I have been trying this method for a couple days, and I have surprisingly got very close.
