So this here is called the ravens method.
What you want to do is lay on your back, in a starfish shape and you don't want any of your limbs touching. Then you want to slowly think of your DR while you count to 100 very slowly.
I have been trying this and it does give me the tingles. Just don't move or you might have to start all over.
Make sure to keep your eyes closed.
You need to be half asleep for this method to work. So try meditating to get sleepy before you start counting.
