This is the story I was talking about that was making me cry so if you are emotional like me, brace yourselves. Please say if you enjoy these kinds of things and I might do more of them? I'm not sure. It really depends on how you guys react to these. Anyway, enjoy and if you cry, I'm so sorry. I really am.

Lando was in tears as he held his new baby girl. He and his wife Y/n had a boy before but Lando wanted a girl and here she finally was. "Look darling." He said. She didn't respond, the only response was a constant beep, indicating the worse. The doctors pushed by him as he held onto the baby not knowing how to react. He looked down at the child with a blank reaction. "I-You have mummy's eyes." He looked back to the doctors who sighed in defeat. "Time of death 16:04" The head doctor walked over to him and gave him a sympathetic look. "I'm so sorry Mr Norris. We tried to-" Lando's sobs grew loud as he looks dover to the lifeless body of his wife. She never even got to say she loved her daughter. "I dont want to rush things but do you have a name figured out?" Lando nodded. "We always wanted to call a girl Grace." he wiped his eyes with his free hand. "Can I show ourson his new sister?" Lando walked out to the joint family of he and Y/n. He looked at his son Mason and showed the little girl to him. "Well done. How is she doing?" Lando's mum asked. Lando grew silent and the tears began pouring again. "Daddy? Where is mummy?" Mason asked. "She's gone away for a while buddy." Y/n's family broke into tears with the Norris family doing so too. Lando sat in the middle of the hospital corridor in a silent sob. He felt a hug and he looked up but no one was there. "I'm sorry darling." He whispered.

Grace sat in the McLaren garage watching as her father had a dnf. He walked into the garage and threw his gloves and booted his helmet across the floor. He walked into his driver room and a muffled scream could be heard. Grace walked towards the sound and opened the door. Lando spun around about to yell at whoever it was but saw a timid little girl smiling at her dad. "Hi dad." she chirped. "Hiya baby. I don't really want to talk right now." "I know. Mason said you'd say that but you need a hug dad." He sat down on the ground with his daughter sitting beside him. "I let you down. I should have had that in the bag and I blew it." He felt a pair of tiny hands on his cheeks as they lifted his face up. He gazed into the eyes of his daughter. So much like her mother. "It's okay. Mason taught me a new word. Proud and I am proud of you anyway." He broke down as memories flooded in of when Y/n used to come in and calm him down after a bad race.

"Hey Lando." She chirped. "I don't really want to talk right now." He said in a mood. "Then just look at me." she cupped his face. "You just need to know that no matter where you finish, I'll always be proud of you. We don't need to talk. Not just yet anyway." Lando smiled as he looked into her glistening eyes. "How did I end up with such a perfect woman like you by mys side?" She let out a sigh. "Lucky dip? I don't know."

---------------------------------

À gasp erupted in the McLaren garage. Lando had a brutal crash and wasn't responding. Lando was in his car losing consciousness. His breath slowed as he drew one final breath and drifted off into a slumber. He felt pressure on his chest and he opened his eyes to his old bedroom before they moved to a bigger house. He looked down to see Y/n looking up at him, her ever so familiarly friendly face. "Y/n." he whispered. "Am I?" he asked. She shook her head. "No but you nearly are." she responded softly. "Finally. I missed everyday without you." She got up and sat at the bottom of the bed. "What's wrong? Didn't you miss me?" He asked. Tears threatened to fall. "Of course I did Lando but think of Grace and Mason. They won't have any parent. They need someone Lando and I can't exactly crawl out of the grave." she chuckled. Lando let the tear he was holding in fall. "Y/n. Please. It's hell down there without you." he said crawling towards her. "But you can't. Not yet. Don't let go Lando. One day we will meet again and I am looking forward to that day, believe me and as much as I want it to come quickly, I don't want it now. You have Grace and Mason. Hold on a little longer." He lost his breath. "But you're not there." He sniffed. "Lando, I've always been there. Always and I always will be so just hold on please. I'm begging. Look," she grabbed his cheek and pulled his face up. "Everytime you look up and see the sun, that's me. I'm always looking down on you both. I promise." He regretfully let go of her hand and returned to the carnage of his car. "Hello mate? Can you hear me?" his engineer called out. "Yeah. Yeah, loud and clear."

---------------------------------

Lando sat on his deathbed. His daughter and son sat beside him holding his hand in tears. "You doing okay dad?" Mason sned softly. Lando let out a grunt and a nod. "I'm doing just fine. How are your sons doing in racing again?" oh god he forgot again. "Louis is still in MotoGp, Callum is in Formula two and Joshua won his first World championship dad. He dedicated it to you." Lando nodded again. "And you have one too don't you?" Mason squeezed his father's hand. "I do and you have two." Lando turned to his daughter and smiled. "And you did what racing again sweetheart?" She wiped her eyes. "I was the first woman to win a championship in F1 dad. You helped me l'if the trophy. Don't you remember?" Mason patted his sisters hand. "You know he can't."

"No, I do. She had a blue onesie on." The three laugh. "And how are your children doing in racing?" "Sophie is still in Karts and Adam is in Formula 2. He's going to McLaren next year." Lando got a little bit excited. "I drove for McLaren." Grace chuckled. "Yes you did. You did very well." Lando and his children spoke for a little while longer before Lando caught a glimpse of someone in the corner smiling her unforgettable smile. Y/n. Mason and Grace fell asleep and he could hear Y/N's angelic voice loud and clear now. "Do I have to go now?" she nodded. "You do Lando. Do you still regret holding on that bit longer?" Lando looked to both his sides and shook his head. "No, I have so many memories with them now, my only regret is that you weren't there to make memories with them too." She smiled and walked closer. "You did great things like I knew you would. I knew you would win at least one championship."

"You always believed in me, from the moment I told you what I wanted to do you never left me." Grace's eyes fluttered open and she awoke Mason too to listen to their father. "So we have to go?" he asked. "Yes. Just take my hand." She outstretched her ahdn and their two Chikdren watched as their father raised his hand and once he did so, his arm fell and the alarm went off that he was no longer alive. Tears poured from the pair as they saw their fathers lifeless body no longer speaking or breathing. The eyes they looked into everyday of their lives were now locked forever and never to be opened again.

Lando gripped onto Y/n and he was back to his young self as a spirit. He had l'ong awaited to feel her touch again and hear her voice say things other than the videos he had of her. "I've waited all my life to do this." he joked. "Always the mini joker." she chuckled as he leant in and kissed her. He felt complete again. He achieved everything he wanted in life and he had her to back him every step of the way there. He could stare into her beautiful eyes like he once used to and say everything he wanted to say. Now and for the rest of eternity, they could finally be together and watch over their children together as they once hoped they would all those years ago.
