The first dance. To say it was nerve-wracking was an understatement. You just had to listen to Mick's speech and then it was onto the first dance. "What if I stand on his toes? What if I do something wrong? Oh god." you repeated over and over in your head. You were screaming inside but smiling outside and you just hadn't a clue whatsoever. Claps erupted from the guests signalling that Mick was finished his speech. Oh no. Onto the scary part." And now, the first dance." The dj said before playing Cant Help Falling In Love by Elvis Presley. You take positions and feel as if everyone in the world were watching which made you even more nervous. How were you going to get through these next few minutes?
Mick cops that something isn't right almost immediately. "Liebe? Are you doing alright?" You snap you attention to him and look straight into his crystal eyes which never fail to bring a smile to your face. "Much better now that I'm looking at you." He chuckles. "No but seriously, are you okay?" You nod your head. "Just a bit nervous about this bloody dance." Ypur dropped your head a little bit and it was soon lifted back up by Mick's fingers. "Don't be nervous. It's just a dance and just think, we have the rest of our lives as a couple to learn dont we?" A smile reappears on your face.
"How did I get so lucky?" You say to him. "I should be asking myself that question Liebe." He replies. "I love you Mick." "I love you too Y/n." "I love you more!" "But I love you most!"
