Another update because I feel bad about forgetting to update yesterday. (This was meant for yesterday but I've found a lot of great books to read, sorry!)
3rd POV
Aizawa had explained Shoto's opportunity, and by the end, if Shoto had the energy, he would have thrown something.
"You want me to act as a vigilante, a villain, just to get into UA?" Shoto asked quietly.
The plan was less than ideal, if Shoto were to truly be able to get in with the vigilantes he would always be separated with normal students, treated as a 'special case', and have a different dorm building with Izuku and Shinsou entirely. On the plus side Shoto would be guaranteed a spot into, not only UA, but Aizawa's hero course.
"I haven't run it by Nezu yet but knowing him it'd be perfectly fine. The class isn't going to know about Izuku's identity or what happened between Izuku and Shinsou. So they don't need to know yours either." Aizawa reassured.
Shoto really had to think about this.
Would that be worth it?
"Is that even worth it? If you told the principal that I was a vigilante then I wouldn't actually be there to be a student. If people found out I wouldn't be able to protect myself if someone tried to pull something. I would be under lock and key. Would I even be able to act as a student there?" Shoto asked desperately as he tried to continue staying awake.
"It's up to you Sho. I will protect you as best I can, I'll negotiate with Nezu, and if anyone even touches you you have permission to stand up for yourself. I'll take full responsibili..ty..."
Aizawa smiled as he looked down, hearing the soft snores coming from Shoto as he fell back asleep.
Aizawa gently kissed Shoto's forehead and left.

Izuku ignored the tingling sensation in his arm as it fell asleep. Shinsou hadn't woken since Aizawa had left about an hour ago and Izuku wasn't keen on waking him.
Several nurses have wondered in and out as quietly as they could, as to not bother Shinsou. The one time Shinsou slightly stirred after a nurse knocked something over, Izuku had given her such a nasty glare that she didn't come back again.
15 minutes later, when Izuku was really starting to need some water, Shinsou shifted as he started to wake up.
Izuku held back a sigh of relief as he ran a hand through Shinsou's hair.
"Good morning gorgeous." Izuku whispered.
Shinsou sighed and sat up. "Ok, what did you say that got be to stay here? And why did I end up staying here? Why am I here?"
Izuku's smile faltered slightly as he felt a large crap like feeling spread through his stomach but he ignored the physical pain and answered. "Oh, we were talking and you said you wanted to run and so I said no. Basically that was it you fell asleep and here we are." He said quickly.
Shinsou sighed and squeezed his eyes tight as the memories came flooding back.
Before Shinsou could talk, Izuku continued as he ignored his heart rate rising a little. He chalked it up to him being nervous about Shinsou possibly leaving.
"Aizawa saw you here by the way." Shinsou gaped. "Yeah he said he could get you into UA."
Shinsou jaw dropped and Izuku had to stop himself from bursting into laughter. His stomach was killing him. Had he eaten something bad?
"But..?" Shinsou continued, waiting for the backlash of it all.
"No buts. I mean besides the fact that I have to go too. He said he'd drop it but I highly doubt he will." Izuku said shrugging nonchalantly, a look of discomfort on his face.
Shinsou sat back, his hand covering his gaping mouth. "You better not be joking right now or I will go to the cave, find that wooden spoon a-and-"
"My gosh Hito! I'm n-not kidding-" Izuku made a small noise of impact as his pupils dilated before his eyes shut and he fell back, his body deathly still and his heart rate went off the chart.
Before Shinsou even needed to call for help the nurses burst in. They were all too worried about Izuku to even notice Shinsou standing wide eyed off to the side.
Not again not again.. please please please not again!
Izuku wasn't flat lining yet but his heart rate was abnormally fast and his breathing was slow.
There's no way this could be happening again!
Doctors were running around as Izuku's veins turned a dark black.
Before Shinsou could see much more he was finally rushed out.
W-what happened...?
