𝐃𝐈𝐃 𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐌 𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐋 𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄 𝐀 𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 he and his mom had? He definitely did. He didn't mean for things to go that far. Liam didn't mean any of what he said, but he can't take it back. Liam first needs to find proof of what man Felix is before he talks to his mom again, before they decide to get married. Liam sighs looking down at the knife in his hand. This is what the man is after. An old knife. It looked like one of those knives the vikings liked to use. His finger traces over the blade and he sighs.

There is only one place the knife will be safe, and that's at the Salvatore boarding school. Maybe Mr Williams will tell him what the hell this knife even does if a man like Felix wants it.
Liam nears the Salvatore Boarding School, and he puts the knife in his bag. The taxi stops in front of the school and Liam takes out fifteen dollars before climbing out. It's around midday, so he's hoping that Hope is back already. He really needs to talk to her.

Liam walks to the gate, and he puts in the code. The gate opens, and he walks in just when Dorian walks out. He was just on his way to find the man. “Liam? Aren't you supposed to only be back by Monday?” Dorian asks the Salvatore boy. “Your mom said you would.”

“Uh, the event was cancelled. But anyway, I was just about to come see you. I wanted to give you something.”

“A present? For me?” Dorian asks Liam, the boy rolls his eyes. He takes the knife out of his bag, and he holds it to the man. “My mom had this antique knife at our house. My mom said my dad gave it to her, so I just thought it would have some supernatural meaning.”

“And why would you think so?”

“Everything in our house has supernatural meaning. Our house is literally a supernatural antique shop,” he says thinking about the different books and spell books his mom had in that house of theirs. “Noted. I'll put it in the library for now. But I'll do some research tomorrow morning. Is that okay?”

“Sure. And Dorian is Dr Saltzman and Hope back, yet?”

“Uh, no. They said they would be back in about an hour. If you want, you could just wait for them here.“ Liam shakes his head. “I'm going to go to my room and sleep.”

“You do know you have classes right?”

“And you do know I'm only supposed to be back on Monday. So, basically my classes start on Monday,” Liam remarks causing the man to laugh. “Fine. But if Mrs Flowerman finds you. I never saw you, okay?”

“Okay.”

Dorian jogs over to his car and he climbs in. Liam walks into the school, and he honestly wished he didn't, because what awaited him was a very angry Penelope Park. Liam sighs, staring at the girl. “P, hey.”
“Don't hey me. Your mom called me and said you left without telling her. Seriously Liam?”

Liam rolls his eyes. His mom called her, but she may have tries to call him. His phone is probably dead in his bag.
“How did my mom even get your number? Or do you have her number?” he asks trying to change the subject. He wants to forget his winter break so badly now. “Don't change the subject, Liam.”

“Fine. My mom is marrying that douche bag Felix. I left because I hate him and you know why I hate that man.” The two makes their way up to his room.

Penelope sighs, running her hand through her hair. “Liam, I know it isn't my place but have you maybe considered that he actually loves your mom. He has been with her for years now, just for a freaking knife? Doesn't that sounds ridiculous.”

“It may to you but it doesn't to me. He's playing with my mom's heart, Penelope. It took her so many years to get healed up and now this man comes and plays with her. I'm not mad that he's after some knife, I'm mad because he's messing with my freaking mother. And she's so naive that she doesn't see it,” Liam tells her when they reach his room.
“And it seems like I'm the monster who doesn't want her to be happy.”

“Okay. But if you are right about that man. What are you going to do, huh?”

“Well, for starters I brought the knife with me.”

“You brought it here? Are you crazy?” Penelope asks just when Liam opens his door. “No. If he wants the knife he will have to come get it. And also, I am going to have to find some proof that, that man isn't who or what he says he is. Because there is absolutely no way I'm letting my mom marry him.” Liam throws his bag on the bed.

“But shouldn't you have stayed there to, you know, find some hard evidence on the man?”

“No. I can find it out from here.”

“And how are you going to do that?” Penelope asks him. “Well, I can ask someone to hack Felix’s accounts and e-mails. Basically his whole phone too.”

“And who exactly is going to help you?” Penelope asks him. She didn't know any computer geniuses and neither did he. “Amara.”

“Amara, are you serious? Are we really bringing her in on this?” the Park girl asks him. Amara was a computer genius, but she wasn't a hacker. They needed someone who can hack accounts and e-mails. “Yes, we are.”
“But she's not a hacker and what do you think will you find if you hack his phone? A to-do list of all his evil doings? Or a journal where he types out every evil thing he will do?” the girl asks sarcastically with an eye roll.

“Maybe. So, if we find this, my mom will finally believe me after almost five freaking years.” Liam smiles widely before looking at the girl. “So, are you in?”

Penelope Park stares at her best friend. What they're going to do may be illegal, and they might go to jail for it but if it means Lara Salvatore will find out what man Felix Williamson is, then she will definitely help her best friend.

“Hell yeah!”

Landon and Rafael is coming in at the next chapter! Sorry for the long wait!
