“𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐰?”

That's the question he's been getting from Greg, Penelope and even Daniel. Amara is the only one who stayed out of his business, and he's happy she did. Hope and he only kissed like a few times and suddenly they think they're together. Liam isn't the kind of guy to make a commitment and by the looks of it so is Hope. She doesn't want to get hurt and then left behind and Liam, just doesn't want it. He would but only with her. He however was not going to admit or even say that out loud.

“I'm going to tell you guys now and don't forget it. Hope and I are not anything. We only kissed like a few times.”

“But doesn't that mean, you two—”

Liam shakes his head. They're not going to listen to him. They're just going to keep assuming. The Salvatore boy stands up from his spot on the couch. He pats Greg on the back and leaves the common room. After the ball on Thursday night, everyone had off on Friday. Liam spends the whole day with his mom and uncle. But at night, he spends it in Hope's room. They weren't anything really. They're just two people who like each other's company and who make out a few times. Nothing more, and certainly nothing less.

Liam doesn't want to admit that he was a bit bummed when he asked Hope about what she thought of commitment, she told him she isn't ready. Hope may as well have been the only girl who made his heart skip, and butterflies appear in his stomach, which is weird for him.
Liam is ascending the stairs to Hope's room when he stops in his tracks. He hides behind the wall, a smile forming on his lips. She's currently talking to Daphne, one of the witches. He couldn't hear what they were talking about mainly because they're whispering to each other.

Daphne leaves and Liam smirks. He sneaks up behind the girl, wrapping his arms around her waist. Her body flush against his. “Good morning,” he whispers into her ear. Hope giggles before pushing him back with her hip. She looks around before grabbing his hand and pulling him into her room. “You need to stop hanging around here Liam.”

The Salvatore boy throws himself on her bed. “Why though? I thought you like my company?” he asks with a small pout. Hope walks to the bed and sits down beside him. “I do but it's just. I don't want people to get the wrong idea.”

Liam raises a brow. Wrong idea?

“What ideas would they be getting?” he asks her. “I mean, people are going to either think we're secretly dating or sleeping together and it's really none of the above. So, why would we care what they think?”

Hope hums, “You do make a good point. But anyway, the only reason why you're here is because I'm helping you with your magic.” Liam rolls his eyes. That's the main reason why he's even here. If it was anything else, he wouldn't be here with her. Hope gestures to the book on the bed, and he opens it. “You're seriously going to be teaching me witch magic?”

“Yeah.”

“Last time I check, I'm not a bitch—I mean, witch.” Hope rolls her eyes, and she grabs the boy, sitting on the floor. “Come on, Liam. Let's begin, so we can finish early.” Liam groans but reluctantly stands up and sits opposite of her. She sits cross-legged, and he tries to do the same but it's hard with his long legs. Hope tries not to laugh at how uncomfortable he's looking while trying. She bites her lip to stop her from laughing.

“Okay, we're going to try and levitate this hairbrush.” She places it between them. “Close your eyes and just concentrate first. Think about it levitating.” The two closes his eyes and Hope starts to focus. Liam opens his one eye to see the girl's eyes closed. He smirks to himself, as he sits up and moves towards her. His lips are on hers before she even realizes. The both of them fall back and Hope curses but it gets drowned out by Liam's lips.

Hope moans when he bites her lip, and she kisses him back. His mouth is harsh at first as his lips crush against hers again. Her mouth opens, welcoming him. Her lips are so warm and her kiss is unforgiving as she slides her tongue over his. Liam groans into the kiss. Hope's hands are moving from his neck now. Her hands are small, so soft, but she rough at the same time. Hope pushes him off her and she glares at him. “You need to stop that or I won't help you, okay?”

Even though she joined it as much as he did, she didn't just want to be one of the girls to him. Liam has the face of a pretty boy, the body of a fuck boy and the lips of a god. She doesn't know if she'll be able to resist him any longer.
But she has to. She doesn't want what happened with Roman to happen again. He betrayed her. Liam may not do what Roman did, but betrayal will be betrayal. She doesn't want to get hurt. If she gets hurt, she doesn't think she'll ever recover.

Liam raises his hand apologizing, “Sorry. You look just so beautiful that I couldn't resist.” The boy sits back, a smile on his lips as he watches Hope straighten out her shirt.  Hope sits back in her spot and the two of them resumes their teaching.
Hope tries to ignore the boy's hot gaze on her while they're supposed to be closing their eyes. She knew giving him permission to kiss her would lead to do this, but she didn't think that she would crave it as much as him. To just feel his soft lips against her. Her hearts start raising, her throat working up and down as she gulps down the lump in her throat. Her body heats up, and she knew, she could not resist anymore.

He knew it too well but seeing her flustered like that made him happy. That's how she's made him feel since she met him. Excitement and lust.

Her lips are on his before he can think about it for even a second. Her tongue is warm in his mouth, and her hands are greedy in his hair her fingers gripping, tugging at the roots. She settles on his lap, her thighs on either side of him. He didn't know how she has gone from glaring at him to literally sitting on his lap, making out with him.

Hope is kissing him like he has never been kissed, and at that moment he wants to forget every kiss that came before her, every touch. He wanted her and only her. Hope may not want to commit, but he will to her. She drives him crazy without even trying.
Hope pulls away panting heavily. She looks into his eyes, her breathing shaky. “This doesn't count as anything, okay?”

Liam chuckles nodding his head. Hope climbs off his lap and they continue. This time he really tried to focus, and they somehow made it through without any tension between them at all.
