SWEETDREAMS
I rush out of the bathroom because I'm late for college.
Trevor is already here and any minute he'll start hottering . I run downstairs into the kitchen grabbing 2 snack bars from the cardboard .
"Woah, slow down baby. You gonna get hurt like last time " my mom says as she continues to wash the dishes .
"I'm late mom I'll see you later" I say as I reach for the door as trevor starts hottering.
"I'm here you can stop now" I said as I slid in the front seat and threw him a lunch bar.
"Thanks" he says giving me a smile.
Time skip at college
"We're late " Trevor says as we scan our ID cards and enter the campus. I roll my eyes it not gonna kill us to be 10 minutes late at least we going . We take our seats in class while the professor just looks at us before continuing.
I smile sheepishly knowing I irritated the sir , I turn to take my books from my bag when I catch Trevor staring at me. I raise my eye brow asking him what's wrong , he shakes his head and continues staring at me. I smile back and then look at the professor who clearly doesn't want to be teaching .
Today Trevor said he has something special planned I can't help but wonder what it is. I lay my chin on my palms as I stare at the professor blankly as I think of possibilities that Trevor can come up with maybe we'll watch the new movie that come out or maybe finally he'll take me hiking or better yet we might go to the airsoft shop, what if he wants to tell me he likes me?
I picture Trevor pulling out a bunch of flowers and confessing.
Trevor nudges me out of my train of thoughts .
"Why are you smiling so much " he says as his eyes scan my face
"It's nothing" I say as I raise the back of my hand to cool my cheeks as I realise I was not only smiling but blushing too.
"I hope you was thinking about me " Trevor says smirking next to me . I stare at him shocked how he knew but also he never acted like this before. I open my mouth but close it only to open it again but I don't know what to say and this just made his smirk grow into a smile .
I press my lips together and turn away trying to prevent myself from blushing. Class ends and Trevor and I leave making our way to the parking lot . He drives us to an ice cream parlor , we're been at this place for 5 years it's our go to shop.We open the door and the familiar sound of the bell rings alerting the cashier, I take a deep breath in an smile the smell of vanilla ice cream and a few other sweet scent fills the air.
I order my chocolate ice cream with crush Oreos and Trevor orders chocolate mint. We near the window as we watch the clouds moves in the midday sky. I look at Trevor taking in his flawless skin and defined jawline his sea blue eyes looking more deep !! I can't help but smile, his everything to me I feel somewhat luck to have someone like him in my life.
Trevor turns and looks at me. We stare at each other until the bell on the rings and we look away .
"Why don't try this?" He says picking up a spoon and offering me.
"No you know I don't like mint chocolate" I say in pure disgust.
"Auuh please one bite for me" he says pouting like a baby I roll my eyes
"Uh fine... just one bite" I say as his face lit up like a little boy.
"There" he says feeding me a spoonful. The ice cream melts in my mouth as the chocolate flavor dances on my taste buds before disappearing, my eyes tear as the strong mint takes over .
He chuckles at my weird faces as i try to swallow the mint flavored ice cream
"Never again" i say as he bust out laughing I hold on to whatever dignity I have left . He stops laughing at looks at me
"You have ..... ice cream" he says as he leans over the table and wipes the ice cream from the bottom of lip before I could .
"Thanks " I say looking everywhere but him. Time passes and we talk about the new assignment we signed to and random everyday life . We leave the ice cream shop and are greeted by a light breeze. I walk down the pavement into the parking lot only to trip I wait for the ground to greet me but instead Trevor catches me .
