Mia's pov

I clean my own room not wanting to encounter Lana after the luna incident.

~flash back~
"Wait then that means you are human" Jack said as a wave of shock crosses his face . I look at him
"Well yeah" I say like there is nothing special about it.Jack looks at Lana
"We need to see alpha Alex now!" he tells Lana with a tone of sterness in his voice, she nods her head.
"Uhh ok then I'll just go to my room"I say awkwardly and they just smile at me and I study them it's a genuine smile .
~end of flash back~

I push back a strand of stray hair away from my face as I dust the sofa. I sit on the sofa exhausted. I rub my eyes as sleep draws me in. There is knock on my door I drag myself to open the door and there stands Jack. He is looking down at his feet and then looks at me with a small smile.
"Alpha Alex's wants to see you?" He says. I nod my head and follow him.

We enter Alex's house and I hear Alex having a conversation with someone, I can't make out who the person is but their are very soft compared to Alex. Jack stares at me as I try to listen in, been human isn't very fun. I hear a loud bang and a woman's voice can be heard from the room, without thinking I find my way to study room and open the door.

Alex's claws are out and he holds it below the women's neck, he looks up at me and his eyes grows angrier. The woman looks up at me. My hand instantly covers my mouth, the woman is Lana, she cries and plead with Alex but that just brings his attention to her.

"Alex!!! wait what are you doing ?" He looks up at me and growls
"This is because of you look... look at her, look what your mistake is gonna cost" he says gritting his teeth as he slashed the woman's neck.

Anger grows in me,
"What in hell did you do that for?" I say nearly screaming. He turns and looks at me
"You don't raise your voice at me " he says pointing to me as he walks closer
"I'm your alpha, know your place " he says so close I can feel the warmth of his breath. He just stares at me as my breathing begins to get heavy.

He moves away as his eye flash from green to black.
"You not my alpha and you don't own me"i say under my breath. He flinched and under his shirt I can see his muscle tighten he turns and walks towards me. He nears me and I feel helpless I shouldn't have said that but watching him kill an innocent and saying he owns me sparked anger me.

He grabs my wrist and spins me towards the door as I hear a crack and I scream. A sharp pain hits my hand as my fingers begin to numb. A lone tear escapes my eyes making him stop for spilt second, and then he walks towards me. I hear footsteps behind me as Jack opens the door and stands between Alex and I.

"Alex stop!!!"Jack says making Alex to raise his brow and turn his back to Jack. Jack turn to me and then my swollen red wrist I stare at my hand. Jack touches my hand to see how bad the injure is.
"You hurt her Alex, she isn't like us" Jack said as he inspects at my hand.

Alex's rubs he hand over he hair and turns to looks at me. Hurt crosses his eyes as he looks at Jack touching my hand and then anger rages once more.
"Get out the both of you!" Alex's says as he looks at Jack.
"Dude you hurt your mate and instead  of comforting and helping her, you're screaming at us?" Jack says as he lets go of my hand and faces Alex

Alex's laughs and it sends shivers down my spine, his laugh was cold.
"Why would I do that when it looks like you doing a better job" Alex hissed through his teeth. I stand there motionless as the 2 boys have a show down.
