3rd Person

It has already been five years since Jennie left. 

It has been five years since Lisa read the letter that Jennie had left.

It has been five years since she started waiting for her return.

But she was willing to do so no matter how long it takes as long as Jennie is hers yet again.

Her mother was supportive of them. She even understood why Jennie had to leave and to even make sure that there won't be a hindrance to her daughter's affair she annulled her marriage with Daniel and was now leaving single but happy.

"Yah! Lalisa." The loud call of her name made Lisa look at the direction of the noisiest person she had ever come across. 

"Jisoo could you be a little subtle sometimes?" But the brunette ignored her remark. 

"Limario... Rosie Posie wants you to spend the night with us it has been years since you avoided our invitation to hang out. If you are not busy with work we would have thought you avoided us. Avoided everyone that knew Jennie." Jisoo whispered the last sentence but Lisa still heard it.

"Unnie. I need to earn a living and unlike you and Rosie who I might say id very much established in the public's eye that allows you to earn triple that what I do."

"Ohh please you would have earned that as much if you were not picky enough to deny clients that are worth millions. Speaking of, why are you avoiding clients that screams money?"

"I just want my skills to be appreciated by a mass of people."

"Those big guns Lisa has a much wider scope of people than the masses. You know that."

"It is my perspective unnie besides I do not entirely reject rich clients. I reject their purpose."

"I could not quite understand you." And Lisa could only smile. 

"Anyways, I just dropped by to remind you of tonight. Please do not disappoint Rosie this time or she will have not only your neck but mine as well." At that Lisa had laughed. "Hardy Har Har. Promise me Lisa." Now Jisoo turned to be quite as serious. Lisa sighed and replied, "I will be there. I promise."

"Good! I'll take my leave then see yah Limario."

Later that Night

Lisa arrived at the restaurant that Jisoo had texted her.

She dressed formally in a suit as the restaurant is known for its fine dining. Not only that, it was very much known to people that it was mostly crowded especially on fridays.

But to her surprise, when she arrived at the place, there was no customers around only the staff was present.

She decided to approach the attending woman. "Excuse Miss, by any means is the restaurant close?"

"Oh no ma'am there is just a special event for tonight." The lady explained to which Lisa nodded. 

"Is there a table reserved for Kim?" She inquired. 

"Ah yes! Please follow me." She was then directed to a room somehow isolated from the rest.

As she entered, she saw a woman who was standing far from her and as the room was not so bright she had a difficulty to distinguish who it was.

When a spotlight finally dawned to the woman, Lisa was frozen in place as if she could not believe that it was Jennie who is in front of her.

"Jennie."

"Lisa." The brunette flashed her gummy smile. Then a song suddenly played.

 As Jennie, finished singing her heart out. She spoke, "Lisa, it has been five years since I left. I know it may seem bold enough for me to this after I left you hanging for all these years. But trust me I have keep tabs on you through the people closes to our hearts." It was then when Lisa noticed how their friends and her mother was there. It was then when Jennie approached her.

"I am here now. I have come home. And was hoping to spend the remaining years of my life with you," With that Jennie went down and presented a beautiful crystallized ring. "Baby, will you marry me?" Upon hearing that Lisa was in tears, she was unable to explain how she felt as if her heart was about to burst out of happiness.

"Yes." And Jennie immediately hugged her.

"I love you so much Lisa."

"I love you Jennie. And you are only mine for the taken."
