I covered my ears with my pillow, trying to ignore the loud beeping of my alarm forcing me awake.
After a few minutes of the alarm ringing, the room finally fell silent.
Now I'm just gonna lay here for 5 minutes.
"Chloe! Wake up!" Mom yelled from downstairs.
Ugh just fuck my life.
I got out of bed with a sigh and yawned. Today is the first day of school. Here we go again.

I showered, brushed my teeth and changed into my school uniform. If I had one word to describe the uniform it would be boring. There's nothing special or cool about our uniform. Just a white golf shirt, navy blue dress pants, and a green sweater. We had the option to wear a skirt too but I decided not to as you could see the bruise Elijah had left me a few days ago on my thigh.

I brushed my hair out and put it into two space buns. I decided to just pop on some lashes and gloss and call it a day.

"Chloe, Alex is already at the door!" Mom yelled from downstairs.

I ran down the stairs with my backpack and went to the kitchen.

"Hey mom. Wow you made so much breakfast." I said, my mouth watering.

"It's your first day of senior year! I tried making a special breakfast. I'm sorry your dad isn't here. He's just um busy." She said a bit disappointed. I know my mum always tried her best to keep me happy and healthy but dad always fucks up everything.

I know exactly what he's busy with.

"It's Alright! All I need is you mom." I said and gave her a hug.

Alex rang the bell again and I grabbed a chocolate Eggo and ran out the door.

"Bye mom love you!" I yelled behind me and she said something back but I didn't hear.

Alex was waiting at the door with her skateboard in hand.
"Hey Alex. Ready for your first day."
"As ready as I'll ever be." She said sighing.

Alex was wearing her skirt today. She's the most tom boyish girly girl I've ever met. I'll never understand her style to be honest. Like what girl wears short plaid skirts and long acrylics but also rides skateboards and plays Call of Duty.

I watched as Alex flipped her hair back and behind her ear. Honestly if I were gay I would definitely have a crush on her. Alex is drop dead gorgeous. She has gorgeous natural cat eyes that are literally pitch black. They don't even look brown just black. Her hair is short and perfectly curly and her skin is perfect. It's not fair because all she does is splash water on her face and boom perfect glass skin. She has perfect B cups boobs and a tiny waist with a round bubble butt forming an hour glass figure and long legs. Her parents call her Bambi sometimes because of her long legs. Overall definitely a ten in my eyes.

I grabbed my skateboard too and we went next door to Naya's door. Her mom opened the door with a smile.
"Hey girls! Naya will be out in a moment, take a muffin." She said offering us 2 blueberry muffins.
"Thanks Laura." We both said taking one.

Naya's mom always had amazing food so we never said no to it. She always made everything Organic, gluten and dairy free and sometimes also Vegan. She works down in LA everyday so she's basically an LA mom with the aesthetics and all.

We went inside and waited on the couch. Naya was outside in the backyard. Her dad was taking pictures of her. Alex and I laughed a bit knowing Naya hated these pictures.

She came inside and stuck her tongue out at us.
"Naya let's take one more with you wearing your backpack." Her dad said coming inside after her.

"Oh god dad! Don't you get tired? I'm gonna be late."

"I'm just excited my little bean is going into her last year of high school. Okay now do you have everything in your pack?" He asked.
