Chapter 16

I smiled at Alice as she walked around my desk and kissed me on the cheek.

"So why are you hitting your head on your table?" She asked and I sighed.

"No reason" I said and she frowned "I promise you it's not a big problem" I said and she sighed.

"Alright I guess" she said and smiled "you want breakfast?" She asked and I shrugged.

"Only if you eat more then you normally do" I said and she nodded. "Good" I said and got up out of my chair and wrapped an arm around her waist and we walked out of my office and into the kitchen. Max and Avery were sitting at the bar table, Natsu were next to them, Alice sat down next to Avery and I sat next to Alice. A kitchen member put the food on the counter and put out some plates, silverware and cups. "Would you like me to make you a plate?" I asked Alice and she nodded.

"Thank you" she said and I smiled, I got up and walked over with Max and Natsu. The girls started talking, I grabbed a plate and piled food on it, I grabbed two cups and poured some orange juice in them and grabbed some silverware. I walked back carefully and sat it in front of Alice and her mouth fell open. "How am I supposed to eat all that?" She asked and I chuckled setting down the cups and silverware.

"Your not, we are sharing" I said and she closed her mouth.

"Oh" she laughed a little "sorry" she said and I smiled.

"Don't be I didn't tell you" I said handing her a fork and we started eating once max and Nastu sat down and Avery did the same thing Alice did.

"Really max?" She asked and Max shrugged.

"Hey at least I didn't get as much as Luke" he said and I frowned.

"I got this much food because someone is having a tendency to not eat enough" I said looking at Alice who laughed nervously and rubbed her arm.

"Sorry??" She said but it sounded like a question, I chuckled and continued to eat. Alice however stopped eating after only eating a small bit and I frowned.

"That's not going to happen" I said and Alice looked at me confused, I grabbed my fork and grabbed some fruit off the plate.

"Luke, don't-" she started to say but I feed her the piece of fruit before she can continue.

"Chew it" I said and she started chewing but slowly. Once she swallow it, I grabbed some eggs on my fork, I turned to see she was longer in her spot, I put the fork down. "Uh.. where did Alice go?" I asked turning to Max who shrugged, I looked at Natsu and he pointed in the direction she left. I got up and went walked out of the kitchen, I started following Alice's scent, it lead to the bathroom. I knocked and waited but there was no sound, I waited then the toilet flush and I slowly opened the door. Alice was sitting in front of the toilet, panting and crying, I immediately crouched down next to her. "What happened?" I asked and she looked at me.

"My stomach can't hold much food like you" she said and I blinked "I can't eat so much food before I throw up" she said and I hugged her.

"You should have told me, I-" I started to say and she pulled away.

"What you'll go tell your uncle? There's nothing he can't do to help me" she said and I frowned.

"No I was going to say that I would have helped you" I said and she stood up, I followed and stood up, Alice pushed me away and walked passed me and I sighed.

'cael mind helping me out?' I said  and my eyes turned bright blue.

"Alice wait" Cael said but Alice ignored him. "Alice!" He said and ran in front of her and she looked at him, well me.

"What?" She said and looked at the ground.

"Look, we didn't know what you been through, we didn't know about your stomach, and we sure as hell know that we ain't taking you to Josh unless absolutely necessary" Cael said and Alice pushed passed him but Cael stopped her. "Listen please" he pleaded.

"Fine" she said folding her arms.

"Let us help you eat more, if you tell us that you are full then you are full and we won't push you, but if you think that you can eat more then we will give you more untill you tell us no more" Cael said and Alice thought about it "but you have to let us help you, and you have to tell us if you can't eat anymore" he added and Alice kept thinking about it then she sighed.

"Fine" she said, Cael opened my arms and Alice walked up to me and I wrapped my arms around her. Cael smiled and gave me control again and I buried my face in her hair.

'thank you Cael' I said and kissed the top of her hair.

'I'm here to help' he said. Someone cleared their throat and I looked over to see my father standing there.

"Father? What would you like?" I asked and my father smiled a little.

"I would like to speak with Alice" be sad "it's very important please" he said and I looked down at Alice who nodded. Before I let her go I kissed her, then she walked over to my father.

"I'll start working on the ceremony, I'll be in my office when you are done love" I said and walked into my office once Alice nodded and walked with my father. I shut my office door and sighed, my mother walked in and smiled.

"Need any help?" She asked and I nodded.

"Please" I said and she walked over to my desk, I handed her the paperwork for the ceremony and she looked over at them.

"Red and purple, like dark red and purple, they would look really good with her" my mom said and handed me the paperwork back and I exhaled. I kept handing her paperwork and she told me what she thinks is a good idea. Then my office door opened and my father ran in.

"She gone!" He yelled and I raised an eyebrow. "Alice she's gone, someone took her" he said and I stood up.

"How could you let her out of your sight?! Would you let mom out of your sight?! What happened?!" I yelled at him.

"I was talking to her about some important things then I left to go to the restroom, when I got back she was gone" he explained, I growled and ran out of my office and outside. I shifted in midair as I jumped off my porch, Cael and Apollyon were standing next to me and they took off into the air as I ran into the woods following some scents that had a mix of Alice's scent in it. Cael and Apollyon landed right in front of me making me stop before running into them and Cael patted my head.

"Switch into me Luke you need to" he said and I nodded once.
