For my story purposes, I am having the quidditch match after the holidays. I don't want Y/N to be much involved in the whole "sirius/lupin/time turner drama" that goes on. So read on to find out how Y/N misses all of that! (Sorry short chapter)

The quidditch match was coming up. As the days passed by before the match, Malfoy got even meaner than before. He would constantly bully me in class and try to jinx me in the halls. "Blood traitor" was his new nickname for me. At first, I was hurt. But Harry helped me get through it. We hadn't mentioned the small kiss (if we could even call it that) that happened in the holidays, but we had gotten pretty close. With quidditch and Snape's takeover of DADA a couple times a month, things were getting hectic.

I sat at the Slytherin table the morning before the game. Quietly eating whatever I could manage to put down my throat. I looked outside, the weather was dark and gray, not a good sign. My view was then blocked by none other than Malfoy. I looked back down. "Why so quiet? Are you worried?" He sneered. He grabbed my green apple and started eating it. He leaned in and whispered. "I know you're on the Slytherin team, but even if you fall, we have plenty of good Chasers to replace you." I looked up tears forming in my eyes. "Aw, don't have your boyfriend to defend you?" He mocked. My eyes hardened. I wasn't going to cry over every little thing this boy said to me. I muttered a jinx under my breath as I pointed my wand at him. He fell back, crashing into the Gryffindor table. I walked up to him, looking down at his fallen face. "Aw don't have your cronies to back you up?" I replied in the same mocking tone. I strutted past him and walked over to where Harry, Ron, and Hermione were sitting. They just stared at me as I started reading the Daily Prophet casually. "Brilliant," Ron muttered, and I gave a small smirk.

I was in Slytherin for a reason.

I walked out onto the pitch. The wind was harsh and cold. The rain was icy, so Flint had given everyone goggles to protect our eyes. Malfoy shoved past and walked in front of me. I rolled my eyes. The whistle rang and we all shot up to take our positions. It was hard to pass the slippery quaffle, but I managed. As the game went on, the sky only got darker, the rain harsher. I watched Harry and the Slytherin seeker both go after the snitch. I sighed, soon the game was going to end. I tried to focus on the quaffle, but on the corner of my eye, I saw Harry fly vertically up. Both seekers disappeared in the clouds.

A few moments later, the Slytherin seeker came down, but Harry didn't. I looked up trying to spot him. But I got distracted and didn't notice the Bludger flying at me. It hit me in the head, and there was a flash of light in front of my eyes. I heard someone shout my name as I managed to stay on my broom. Then I heard a shriek. "Harry!" Why'd they scream Harry? Suddenly I felt something - or someone - crash into me. I saw red robes and then I blacked out.

I woke up, everything hurting. The light outside told me it was around the time in the afternoon. "Finally you're up." I looked to my side, which made my head hurt. I winced. "Ron, is that you?" I asked. "Bloody hell, Y/N. You look terrible." I felt my left eye swollen almost shut. Most of my body was in a cast. I attempted a smile at him. "Thanks, but what happened to your leg? How'd you hurt it sitting in the stands? And who won the match? How many hours have I been here?"  Ron's eyes widened. "Jeez slow down." He took a breath and grimaced, "You're not going to like this." He gulped. I rolled my eyes, "For Dumbledore's sake just tell me, Ron!" "Well," he began,

"First of all, you weren't unconscious for hours, you were out for days." I internally gasped. "We were all so worried. Madam Pomfrey even said you might die. Harry must've paced this room a couple hundred times. Hermione probably read all the medicinal books in the entire library trying to look for a way to help you. Malfoy didn't leave your side at all until Dumbledore practically dragged him away." Malfoy? The same Malfoy that tormented me for the past month? I ignored what Ron said about Malfoy and nodded. "And what about you?" Ron looked down at his leg. "Oh, that was Sirius Black, in his animagus form. But it's okay, he's actually a good guy now. Harry's Godfather in fact. Oh and Lupin's a werewolf." Ron smiled casually. "w-what!" I stuttered.

Just as I had said that Harry and Hermione came in. Both gave me a warm hug. Hermione quickly looked at Harry, her smile vanishing and looking to Harry. "We need to save them." She said. "Who?" I asked. Hermione ignored me. Dumbledore came in and said some very confusing sentences. "Three turns should do it." He winked and left. "Wait what's going on?" I asked again. I gripped Harry's arm. He smiled apologetically, pushing my hand off, and going to stand with Hermione in the center of the room. "I'll explain later I promise." He said. Ron was just as confused as I was. "Sorry guys, you're both injured." Hermione looked at Harry and took out a long necklace. The time-turner that she showed us at the start of the year! She put the chain around Harry, twisted the little knob, spinning the little hourglass, and they vanished.

Just as they disappeared, the doors opened, and...they came out, their faces flushed. "W-what, h-how, umm." I stuttered. Harry came and sat down beside me, allowing me to put my head on his shoulder. "Shhh." He gently said. Hermione came on the other side and held my hand with both of hers. I smiled. It was good to be back with my friends. It was a sweet moment until Ron blurted. "Don't mind me ruining your moment. I feel deprived." He huffed. We all laughed.
