A little review~

Seungmin: Supervisor! *hesitant* Can you follow me for awhile?
Y/n: Did something happend?
Seungmin:*hesitant* Kinda?
Y/n:*sigh* Show the way.

Seungmin show her the way and it lead both of them to the behind of the warehouse.

Y/n: So, what is it?
Seungmin: Some workers here are actually getting bullied by the workers from the other farm.
Y/n:*confused* Bullied?

In y/n's data, it was stated that near here, there is also a coffee farm which is older by them for 2 years. They have never send any complains about bullying around here which make y/n confused. Usually, workers will send complains even if it was the most ridiculous thing. Seungmin seems like to know what is his supervisor thinking about.

Seungmin: It's not that we never send complains about them it just *hesitant*
Y/n: Just?
Seungmin:*sigh* Our past supervisor is getting paid by them to stop all of our complaints going to the main office.

That hits y/n. The coffee farm workers has never send any complains to the main office. They just send their reports on how it was going. Everyone just thought that because they have not yet encountered any problems. Y/n felt sorry that she hasn't realize this before.

Y/n: Can you tell me his name?
Seungmin:*nod* Jimin. Park Jimin.
Y/n: Okay, I'll keep that in mind. Do you perhaps know the workers name who is being bullied?
Seungmin: They are Yang Jeongin and Han Jisung.
Y/n: Please tell them to come by the house after work.
Seungmin:*smile* I will. *bow* Thank you for listening to our problem.
Y/n: I'm your supervisor starting today, please feel easy for telling me any complaints or difficulties you guys are facing.
Seungmin:*bow* Thank you.

Y/n take care of the problems like how a professional should do it. She also has done some research upon Park Jimin, their previous supervisor and, she agreed that he is an asshole. In his profile was written that he is one of the most professional supervisor. Y/n can't say no to that if it was based on his report. However, the one who was hiring him missed a point. He is fired from his previous company because of  bullying the other workers. The workers from other company did come once in awhile to mess with her workers, but they have handled them well. Starting from a little threat and more. Now, the coffee project did show some good progress that can make y/n sigh in relief for now.

Three months have passed with y/n supervising her workers in the farm. She has been able to have a conversation at least with 8 from 10 of them. One of them is Kim Seungmin, he is the one who was trust by y/n to keep a close eye to the other company workers. She just got called by her company that the project that she is handling is going well and the shareholders are starting to take interest in it.

Y/n: Jisung, can you give me the latest report of the soil?
Jisung: Sure, wait for awhile.

Y/n, who was actually has the same age as Jisung, Seungmin, and some others, give them permission to called them without supervisor or miss. She doesn't really like it if she was called like that in the country side area. Jisung soon came by and give y/n the report that she was asking for.

Y/n: Thank you.
Jisung: Okay, I'll go back now.
Y/n: Thank you for your hard work!
Jisung: No problem!

Jeongin: Noona, where is the newest shuffle?
Y/n: The one that we bought recently? It's inside one of the barn.
Jeongin:*smile* Okay, thank you noona.

Everything is the same for y/n each day. But without she realising, she has changed a little. She is now smiling without faking it. She is not afraid of smilin now. Without she realising, her burdened has been taken away from her shoulder leaving only some behinds. The only burden that leave on her shoulder is that the fear of losing someone. She doesn't want to lose someone anymore. Not now nor later.

The day has finally come to an end. I've just finished checking the latest report on soil which Jisung has been doing. I realize that some of the workers is actually friends since they are unemployed. It pretty fascinating that they got a job in the same company and department. I get up and wanting to get inside the bathroom to start my night routine when my phone rang signalling someone has called me. I pick it up and it was Chan who called me.

Y/n: Yes?
Chan: Y/n! I am glad that you are still alive.
Y/n: I just texted you the proposal just now, how am I supposed to be dead right now?
Chan:*laugh* You are still as cold as ice, huh?
Y/n: Why are you calling me?
Chan: Oh, remember our supervisor who once take a leave?
Y/n: Miss Jenny?
Chan: Yes, she was celebrating her son birthday and want to to invite you.
Y/n: I can't go. I'm still at the country side.
Chan: You know how Miss Jenny is. She even insisted on renting a car just to fetch you there. Please come, you can take some of your workers here. I don't want to hear her ranting for an hour.
Y/n:*sigh* I'll try. When is the party?
Chan: 1 week from now.
Y/n: Okay, tell Miss Jenny that I will try to go.
Chan: Yes! You need to come.
Y/n: I just said that I'll try to go. Not yes.
Chan: Sure, goodbye.

Miss Jennie son birthday is coming. I check my schedule and luckily, I'm free at that day. I think that I need to take someone with me to escape the party earlier. I check the time and it is 8:30. I decide to take a bath first before going out to check whether they are still awake or not.

After taking a bath, I dress myself with a warm sweater and jeans. I get out of the house and went to the swings which is located near to the houses. Just as I am wondering who could I take to the party, Jisung come to my way.
