In the end, Bright didn't come to the ball because he felt ill after he stayed up all night thinking about some kind of solution to his distress. The four of them were all worried after heard that, and it somehow surprised Bright at the sudden change of their personality. They were all keen on ditched the ball to spend time with him, their boyfriend and Bright felt horrified and a little bit happy upon hearing that.

To his relief, P' Saint still went to the ball because he's the student council president. He's needed there. P' Godt was also needed there because the university was going to give him the award for being the MVP in the ball. Kimmon was going because his parents are one of the benefactors in the university. Therefore, his parents were coming, and when they came, it means he had no choice but to come too. Then there's Gulf who he knows is also came since a party isn't a party without Gulf Traipipattanapong.

This lead to where Bright is right now, sitting on his bed with an opened "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" book perched upon his lap. He was in a navy checked pyjama set as his pyjamas.

He received a bunch of texts ranging to normal to a squee-worthy one.

Have you taken your meds? Get some rest, okay? – P' Saint

Its fun here but I think it will more fun if you're here with me :( - P' Godt

Bright didn't expect a message from Kimmon considered that his parents are very, very strict related to be in a relationship. If they saw his getting attached to his phone so much, they might be investigated, and maybe, he'll be in trouble. Besides, he already dropped by Bright's house before going to the ball. And wow, he did look so handsome in that suit.

Then, there was Gulf, who probably clinging to some guy that Bright knows, either the football or basketball team

Then, there was Gulf, who probably clinging to some guy that Bright knows, either the football or basketball team. It was really frustrating, but because he doesn't know that he's four-timed, Bright has nothing to say about it and just lets him be.

Bright glanced at the digital clock on his bedside table and decided to call a night when he saw it was already a quarter to 11. Carefully, he slid the bookmark on the page where he left off and placed it beside his lamp before shutting the light off. But before he could switch off the light, he caught sight of someone waving at him from the balcony and Bright swore he was about to call the police if only he didn't recognize who that person is.

Due to his clumsiness, Bright managed to walk towards the glass doors, messily unlocking it after three tries before sliding it open.

"G-Gulf?"

Gulf flashed him a smile, eyes filled with amusement.

"Hi."

Gulf walked towards Bright and then his arms wrapped around Bright tightly hugging.

"Hi. What are you doing here?" Bright asked in confusion.

After a while, he let go of the hug and then gasp in awe at sight. 'Gulf in a suit. Woah.'
