We met up with Dally and Sylvia halfway.
I could barely keep eye contact or talk to Sylvia.
I just kept trying to reminds myself of Johnny's words, replaying them over and over in my head.
I'm yours.
You have nothing to worry about.
I look at Johnny who is smiling at one of Two-bit's lame joke.
I have nothing to worry about.
It was beginning to get dark and cold.
We arrived at the drive in, and entered in through our usual hole in the fence, squirming and sucking in our stomachs to try and squeeze through.
When we sit down in our usual spot near the back I couldn't help but tense as Sylvia took the seat next to Johnny.
Dally eyed me, narrowing his eyebrows.
"What's up?" he asks standing in front of his seat, turning to face me, hands in his leather jacket.
Johnny's attention which was previously on the large screen in front of him also turned to look at me.
I obviously couldn't tell him the truth, I don't think, 'I don't like your girlfriend sitting next to my boyfriend' would go well with him, but I knew he wouldn't let me say 'nothing' either.
"Darry and I got into it before we came here" I admit, sulking back in my seat, letting my shoulders slouch.
"Oh no, what was it about?" Sylvia asks, concern in her voice, I turn to look at her, "just about Johnny and I" I tell her.
Her eyebrows raise, "does he not want you two together?" she asks.
I don't know probably.
Those were the words I wanted to say, but instead, "he doesn't want us sleeping together... too late" came out.
Dally whistles as he takes his seat next to Sylvia, Sylvia lowers her head.
We were chatting, waiting for the movie to start when two girls came to sit in front of us.
I don't know why they chose there, there were a lot of seats open, but they didn't even look at us.
I could tell right away that they were socs, not by the way they were dressed, or how their pretty slick hair was styled, but by the way they carried themselves. Like they owned this place, and every place.
Like they were better than everyone.
One was short, dark brown, almost black hair with a bob puffy bob cut, her bangs covering her pale forehead.
The other was taller, red orange hair with a mouth and button nose to die for, and a piercing look that can kill.
They both looked rich.
I saw Sylvia eye them up and down too, but they guys, besides Dallas didn't pay any attention to them.
"I'm gonna go get some drinks, who wants one?" Two asks standing up in his seat at the end, the action caused the girl with the black brown hair to turn and look at him.
Two seemed to notice the set of eyes on him as everyone told him what they wanted because he smirked and gave a slight glance in her direction.
Not with a soc Two.
Dally gets up and goes with Two to help him carry everything back.
Johnny and I were talking when the girl with the knock out looks turned in her seat to face us, she didn't look as mean as she did when she came here.
