Seth Miller' aesthetic board!

I'm so fucking sorry that I haven't gotten a chapter out until now.

Pulling up to Uncle. Brad's house. Saying I was dreading the idea living here would be a huge understatement. As we park the car, Jade gives me a small smile.

Sighing I say, "okay, let's do this" and Jade nods. I grab my purse and Jade grabs Roscoes leash and hooks him up.

Making our way to the door. We argue for over a minute about who should ring the doorbell. In the middle of our argument, Owen opens the door, with a questionable look on his face.

Owen is probably in his late 20's to early 30's. He has short, dirty blonde hair and green eyes.

"Come on in dear." Owen says. Jade and I hesitantly oblige. We step into the living room and you can see how it was probably "cleaned" for 5 minutes at most. There are obvious alcohol stains and most of the furniture is worn and starting to tear and chip.

"EM!" My 4 year old cousins Jay and Avery yell in unison.

"Oh my goodness, hey guys!" I say as they tackle me into a hug. "I've missed you" I wisper.

Around 3 years ago my Uncle and his ex wife, Katrina had a divorce. She left the kids with him and disappeared. Both Brad and Katrina were pretty terrible people and he didn't take the divorce well. So parents decided to take in the twins till he got his act together.

He's still not a good person.

But I do love Jay and Ave's

"We missed you too Em" the twins replied in unison. "Why didn't you come see us?" Ave's asks and I immediatly feel terrible.

"I don't know Ave's, i'm sorry" I say. "I'm here now, and after this month i'll still visit all the time. I promise" I tell them and they nod.

Walking back over to Jade, I pick up Roscoe, while Jade and I stand there, having absolutely no idea what we're supposed to do.

"Come on dear, let me show you your room." Owen says and I nod. Jade and follow him up the stairs and open the door to a decent sized room.

The room is ok, but it's not my style. The decor is weird and its super colorful. I look over to Jade and see her trying not to laugh at the odd painting above the bed. makes sense.

"Well this will be your home for a little while." Owen informs me. "I'll give you some space to get settled. Call me if you need anything, okay?" He says and I nod.

"Hey, Owen?" I say to grab his attention. "Yeah?"

"Thank you." I say with a small smile and he smiles back and nods. "Of course, you're going to be just fine" he says and gives me a quick hug before leaving.

I turn over to Jade who has been sitting on my new bed, rubbing Roscoe's belly. "You ready to get this shit unpacked" I ask with a small, slightly bitter laugh. "Nope" she replies mimicking my laugh.

"Ok cool, let's get this shit in my room then we'll go get icecream instead." I say and she immediately agrees walking out to my car.

Since the birds were still in the car we had kept the car on so I turn the key. Then grab 2 of the cages and Jade grabs the other 2.

We go get the birds settled. Then make a million and twelve  trips back out to my car, until my unfit self is very out of breath.

Now that all the boxes are in my new room he head out to get icecream, before I grab Avery and Jay's hands to bring them with us.

When we arrive at the icecream shop Jade and I both order vanilla icecream cones and a small cup of chocolate icecream for the twins to share. We sit down at a table outside.

The 4 of us sit and talk while eating our icecream. Jade taps my shoulder and and lightly points to a guy.

Whenever Jade and I go anywhere, we point out hot guys to each other and then whisper to eachother about him.

Looking over to where she pointed I see a guy that looks about the same age as us. He has wavy, kinda long black hair and icy blue eyes. Hes wearing a classic kinda worn leather jacket and black jeans.

I don't even bother acting like I'm not staring, since I don't really have anything to lose if he sees me staring. I look over to Jade and see shes doing the exact same thing.

I've never seen the guy before but at the same time, our town isn't exactly small so its not surprising to not know him.

I help the twins eat their icecream without it getting all over them and I listen to their ramblings, while watching the beautiful figure a couple yards away from me.

I'm obviously not planning on talking to him, but that doesn't mean I can just look.

He sees my obvious staring at him and winks at me, so I smile back, not very fazed by being caught looking.

He turns back over to his mother that's probably in her late 40s. We watch as he listens to everything she says and then gets up, kisses her forehead. Then they get up and make their way to separate cars and drive away.

Jade and I meet eyes immediately and give each other a look, then turn our attention completely back to the twins. Sitting and peacefully enjoying some icecream.

Is that a new character I smell? *sniffs harshly for no reason*

Once again I apologize for being terrible and not writing...
