The next morning I decided to go to Harry's. He had found himself a flat in London and was able to move out of his awful home with the Dursley's.
"Hermione." Harry smiled as he opened the door, "What a nice surprise. Come in!"

I walked into the flat and we both went to the couch to sit.
"Sorry I came without warning." I told him, "I need your help."

Harry look at me suspiciously, "Alright."

I drew in a breath before explaining everything to him. I explained the letter I received, Ron's father, everything.
"Draco doesn't deserve to be thrown in Azkaban. Do you agree?"

Harry paused for a moment to think, "I agree, Mione. I don't think he had a choice, but I think you'll have a hard time convincing other people."

"That's why I need your help." I explained, "You first hand experienced the battle. You defeated Voldemort. People respect you. They value your opinion."

Harry nodded slowly, "I see. Well, Hermione. I'll see what I can do."

Excitement filled my body, "Oh Harry!" I threw my arms around him, "Thank you!"

Harry hugged me tight, "Don't mention it."

Now we just have to find Draco...

"Do we have to ask him?" I asked Harry while groaning in annoyance.

"People don't call us The Golden Trio for nothing." Harry laughed, "We work well together, Mione."

"Well. Alright. He's not going to be happy." I said.

Harry and I knocked on the door at The Burrow, waiting for someone to answer. Ginny opened the door and looked incredibly surprised to see us.
"Harry. Hermione." She smiled, "What a lovely surprise."

Harry looked up to her nervously, "Hello Ginny."
It had been months since he and Ginny spoke to one another. After the battle, Harry needed time to himself. Frankly, so did Ginny. She needed time to mourn the loss of her brother. They both ended things on good terms, of course. Still, it must have been strange for them to reconnect after all this time.

"What brings you two here?" She asked, leaning up against the door.

Just as we were about to ask for Ron, he appeared in the doorway, "I thought I heard the two of you."
Ron walked out to Harry and hugged him tightly, "Good to see you, mate."

After their hug, Harry turned to me and then to Ginny, "We're actually here for Ron."

Ginny looked slightly disappointed, but I could tell she was trying to hide it, "Oh well. You've found him."

"We're going on a trip." I told Ron.

Ron scrunched his eyebrows together, "A trip? To where exactly?"

"We uh...we don't know." Harry replied, scratching his head.

Ron looked to me, then back to Harry a few times before I saw him piece things together, "Bloody hell, Harry. How'd she get you on board with this?"

"I guess you could say she's pretty persuasive." Harry chuckled lightly.

"Can someone please explain to me what's going on here?" Ginny asked utterly confused.

"Mione's trying to locate her boyfriend." Ron explained.

Here we go.

Ginny rolled her eyes and let out a sigh, "Of course. Well...you three aren't going alone. I'm coming with you."

"You are?" Harry and I asked simultaneously.
I'm sure Harry is excited about this

"I'm not letting you three leave again for months without telling us where you are." She explained, "I'm going."

I looked to Harry and Ron, shrugging my shoulders, "I don't see a problem."

"Let's go tell mum then." Ron told Ginny.

Somehow Mrs. Weasley agreed on Ron and Ginny coming with us on our excursion. I think she was happy to have them get out of the house for once.

"So. Where do we even start with this?" Ginny asked us, "Malfoy and his family have been missing for months. If the Ministry can't find them, what makes you think we can?"

The boys turned to me as if they were waiting for me to answer.
"Well...he wrote me a few days ago. He said he was somewhere far away. It sounded like he was someplace tropical." I explained to them, pulling the letter out of my pocket.

The three of them read over the letter over and over again to see if they could catch any more clues.
"What's the closest island from here?" Harry asked me, looking up from the piece of parchment.

I thought hard, "Well...There's a few places. They aren't exactly close."

"Do the Malfoy's have any family left?" Ginny asked.

"Andromeda Tonks." I said suddenly remembering, "Narcissa's sister. Does anyone know where her loyalties lie?"

"We could find out." Harry suggested, "Tonks she...she mentioned her before. I think I know where she is."

After a few days of travel, we managed to find Andromeda's town. Ginny asked some local residence if they knew where she lived and we eventually found an address.
I decided that I should be the one to approach the house and talk to Draco's aunt first.

As I walked up to her doorway, I started getting slightly nervous. I couldn't figure out why.
I knocked on the door and waited.

The door slightly cracked and a woman answered, "Who is it?"

"It's um...hi. I'm Hermione Granger. I went to school with your nephew, Draco."

Andromeda stuck her head out of the door, "I know who you are."

"You do?"

She nodded slightly, "Draco's spoke of you. Why are you here?" Her eyes then looked towards the others, "And why are they here too?"

"I want to help Draco." I explained, "Harry wants to vouch for his freedom. We ...well, I was wondering if you knew where to find him?"

She let out a sigh, "I might. How do I know can trust you?"

"Well, you see...I'm in love with him. Draco, I mean." I explained hesitantly, "We want to be together."
I then reached into my pocket and handed her my letter.

She took it in between her hands and read it carefully. She looked up at me, then handed me my letter, "You can come in, but just you."

"Alright. One second." I told her and ran back to my friends.

"Well...?" Ron asked.

"She only trusts me to go inside. Could you wait out here?"

Harry nodded, "Go, Mione."

"I don't know...it's quite hot out h- OUCH!" Ron exclaimed as Ginny stepped on his toe.

"I'll be out shortly." I told them, then I ran back to Andromeda and went inside.
