Two worlds, they said, shall never meet
Two realms, they said, shall never greet
Fire and water could never be mixed
Quarrels so deep shall never be fixed

A present from tomorrow
A present with no sorrow
A gift was never shallow
A gift you will follow

Light of Heaven looked down
Light of Heaven who wore a crown
Looked down upon me with a deep frown
Looked at me and I wanted to drown

A chance has been given
But I never took the bait
Now I shall accept that fate
That I'll never enter the Gate

The Book has been opened
Names read aloud, that's listed
My own was never written
Too bad, I'll be cast down from Heaven

Lakes of fire all around
Evil and bad, all surround
Screams of pain made the sound
Is the place where I am bound?

I looked up to a shining place
I saw happiness and brilliant rays
But then I saw a familiar face
The face I loved before these Days

Angel of Light I will see
Angel of Light I never could be
Faults and sins too late to be sorry
Too late for me to be given mercy

Angel of Kindness I dreamed once more
Angel of Grace I see, again, soar
Faults and sins I never could pay
Imperfections still remained until the Day

Dreams still existed in this agony
Dreams I could make but had a fee
Dreams so hopeless, I wish I was free
Dreams that are so happy but full of misery

Dreams still existed in this agonyDreams I could make but had a feeDreams so hopeless, I wish I was freeDreams that are so happy but full of misery

This was one of my favorite works and I remember reading it, again and again, marveling at the fact that I wrote something that good. Of course, it didn't take long for it to be upstaged by another poem which you will be seeing in one of the future collections.

So this poem is a little imagery I have in my head and I'll let you guys figure out what I mean by this poem.
