The Book Of Random Stuff[OLD]

this thing I wrote when I was 12

I cringed so hard that I've decided to share this. Enjoy cringing.

After dodging explosions and falling objects, Sonic eventually found a safe place to drop Amy off, far away from the danger. Yes, he would have to drop her off. He had to be quick. He still had to destroy all the badniks and try to get the last Time Stone from Robotnik. God knows the destruction he would cause with that.

Sonic went to that safe spot, carefully lowering Amy and placing her on the ground. She was covering her eyes with her hands and...quivering?

"Mam, are you alright? " Sonic asked, a gloved hand on her shoulder. She was shaking really bad, he could even hear sniffling. "Mam?"

She suddenly felt her hands being gently pried apart, and was soon staring into the brown eyes of her hero...

(Hey, present me here. This takes place after Sonic cd and that Sonic didn't have an eye color yadda yadda)

"Mam, what's the matter?"

"Um...f-firstly..."Amy sniffled, wiping her eyes. "M-my name is Amelia Rose. Or, A-Amy. You can call me Amy." she quickly told him the nickname after seeing the weird look on his face. "A-and...I'm okay. That Metal Sonic knew better than to mess with a girl. "

She then threateningly cracked her knuckles as she looked up at the sky. Sonic chuckled awkwardly, rubbing his neck.

"Did somebody call my name?!"

The voice scared the two hedgehogs, Sonic instinctively putting his arm in front of Amy as they turned around. When they finally saw this mysterious stranger, their eyes drooped.

Knuckles was standing before them, tall and proud. He was wearing his hat, which he had bought out of a thrift store. The greatest thing was that it wasn't flammable! His hat would remain fire-free forever!

Did...I just write an entire paragraph about Knuckles' hat?

"Yep, ya sure did, Ms. Author Lady!" Knuckles winked, giving a thumbs up to the sky. "Who blames you? This is an awesome ass hat!"

Okay, whatever. You need to leave though. You're not in this game. 

"Yes, I am! Just use dat lock-on technology, and it'll be Sonic CD and Knuckles!"

Sonic gave a small gag, looking at the Enchilada  Enchinda with hatred. "Seriously, Knuckles, go. You don't exist here. "

"Fine! I can see that my hat and I aren't wanted!" Knuckles screeched. With that, he descended back into the hole he came from.

"Weird..."

Sonic took his arm down, glancing back at the girl. "Well, Amy, if everything's okay, I'll be on my way." he rubbed his nose as he looked back at the planet. "I still have to destroy all the badniks and get the Time Stone. "

"I'm okay..." Amy nodded. Before Sonic could reply, he felt a pair of strong arms around him. Turns out it was Amy herself.

"Oh, Sonic! Thank you for saving me! That was so romantic, you must really love me if you went through all that trouble to save me!" Amy ranted as she hugged him tighter, oblivious to the choking noises coming from the poor hedgehog.

"I...can't...breathe!"

To save his own life, he jumped out of Amy's arms, causing the girl to fall straight on her face. Sonic's eyes widened as she hit the ground. Hell, he didn't mean for that to happen. "Oops...um...are you okay, Amy?"

Amy sat up, dusting the dirt off her skirt. "Why yes, I'm okay, Sonic-kuu!"

Sonic stared at her for a good while. What did he get himself into?

"Listen, I really have to go now. You just stay here, out of trouble. " Sonic said sternly, his neck hurting faintly after Amy's hug. And that nickname might've given him a headache. This girl didn't like him, right?

"Oh, fine!" Amy huffed childishly, crossing her arms. 

Sonic knew that he should've left at that point. He knew that he should be with Robotnik. Yet, something in his mind was nagging him to stay. Did he possibly wanted to stay with Amy?

"Hey, Amy...you can always...y'know, visit me if-"

Sonic got choked again, this time with Amy putting her entire weight on him. She was literally giving him the death hug.

"OH SONIC, YOU MEAN IT! OH, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!"

They fell to the ground, Sonic desperately trying to pry Amy's hands away. "G-God! You're c-choking me!"

Amy loosened her grip slightly, just enough for Sonic to breathe. Well...at least he was living. 

"I should be going now..."

"Right!" Amy said in a perky tone, jumping off of Sonic. He looked up at her, trying to figure out if she was even a girl. She certainly didn't hug like one. Although, she was cute...yeah, that was a girl-

CUTE?!

Sonic smacked his forehead, trying to erase the existence of that thought. No, he was Sonic the Hedgehog, and having a girlfriend just wasn't in his schedule. He needed to go.

"Um...TAKE CARE NOW!" Sonic said in a squeaky voice, blasting off before Amy could reply.

"Ugh...I really need a break..."

HORRIBLE ENDING, I KNOW. JUST DEAL WITH IT.
