Isabella's POV:
After receiving all that information my brain was in overload. I had brothers? Tom wasn't my father? Who am I? Apparently my real name is Isabella Beatrice Marino, not Bishop. I quickly sat up in the chair I was sitting in across from Wendy and excused myself. I walked through the station until I reached the bathroom.
I quickly entered the female bathroom and looked in the mirror. My typical tanned skin was now deprived of it's color. My wavy black hair had become frizzy and tangled. My crisp, icy blue eyes were lacking life. They have been lacking life for three years, ever since Mom died and the abuse started.
I washed my face with some cold water and dried it off with a paper towel. I carefully avoided my neck area, making sure not to wash the concealer off. I turned around and walked back out to the area where Wendy was stationed. She smiled at me before I sat down again.
"Your eldest brother is taking custody of you. His name is Leonardo Marino." she elaborated. I simply nodded my head, not wanting to talk anymore. Whenever I was tired or upset I would become a functional mute.
"Ma'am? I'm here to escort Ms. Marino to the airport." a female officer stated. Wendy nodded and stood up motioning for me to follow the female officer. The female officer, whose name was Rachel, led me to a car. We got in and we drove to the nearest airport. After that, she helped me get through security and register for the flight. She took me to the area I was to wait in. Another two hours and my flight was ready to board. I walked over to the airport worker who was checking the tickets.
"Hello sweetie." she greeted as I handed her my ticket, "Alright you are in first class." she said smiling before giving me my ticket back. I gaped at her for a moment before regaining my composure. I can't believe I was flying in first class.
I boarded the flight and sat down in my comfortable seat. I quickly fell asleep right after take off. I think it was around an hour and a half later when a flight attendant lightly shook me awake. I was frighten from the sudden contact and flinched back when I saw her standing there with her hand on my shoulder.
"The plane has landed and we are now de-boarding." she told me. I nodded my head and gathered myself together. I walked off the plane and into the airport. I quickly made my way over to the baggage carousel and waited until my bag appeared. I quickly grabbed it, then I turned around and ran into a wall. Not a wall...a man. A very tall man. He was probably a foot taller than my 5'4 stature. I took a moment to analyze his face. He had the same blue eyes, freckles, and black hair.
"Hello Isabella. I'm Leonardo, your brother." he said.
"Hello." I said quietly. He assessed me a moment before nodding.
"Follow me." he said. We walked out to the front of the airport. A black town car was waiting. Leonardo walked over to the car, grabbed my bag, and put it in the trunk. Then he opened the back door. "We will both sit in the back to get better acquainted with one another." I hopped in the car and noticed an older man sitting in the driver's seat. Leonardo followed behind me sliding beside me on the bench seat.
"So, what would you like to address you as? Isabella? Bella?" he asked.
"Isabella or Bella is fine." I pipped out.
"You can call me Leo." he said with a small smile. I simply nodded my head. "When we get home I'll introduced you to the rest of our brothers. I'm happy you've returned home. We've been looking for you for a long time."
"So, who is the rest?" I asked, referring to the rest of our brothers.
"Well, I'm the oldest, I'm 27. Alessio is 25, Dante is 24, Gianni is 18, and Andre is 17. You'll be going to school with Gianni and Andre." he explained. I nodded my head and looked out the window of the car.
