Epilogue

Third Person POV:

10 years later...

It has been a fast ten years. Camilla and Leonardo have gotten married, and have also had one son and three daughters. Andre and Jake have also gotten married and adopted a son named Oliver.  Alessio got married to Mia and they have had two daughters. Though most of the Marino clan has married Dante and Gianni remain free men. 

Isabella and Damiano have been married for seven years. They got married the summer after Bella's freshman year of college. A year later they welcomed their oldest son, Luciano Messanelli to the world. When Luciano was four years old he found out that he was going to be a big brother to his twin brothers Castello and Giuseppe Messanelli. Currently the three boys were preparing to become protective big brothers to their unborn baby sister, Anabella. 

Isabella was pulling on her skirt and blouse to prepare to go to her workplace. She was an art teacher for an elementary school and she thoroughly enjoyed teaching little tots. Luciano came bounding into the bedroom and wrapped his arms around his mother's legs. 

"Hey baby boy, what are you doing?" her melodic voice asked. 

"Cas and Seppe are fightin' in their bedroom." he told her. Of course, Bella thought, they were probably fighting over that Atticus Finch plushie doll that Gianni had gotten them last Christmas. 

Bella walked over to the twins' bedroom and immediately saw that they were playing a game of tug-of-war with the doll. 

"Boys!" she yelled to get their attention.

"Mama!" they yelled in unison. Castello grabbed the doll from his sibling and hid it behind his back.

"You look pretty Mama." Castello told his mother who was currently experiencing a bit of back pain from her heavy belly. 

"Castello Vincenzo Messanelli! Give me the toy, you and Giuseppe can get it back when you guys can play nicely." she told them before walking downstairs to the kitchen. Damiano was leaning against the counter sipping on coffee. 

"Hey honey. Are you ready for dinner at Leo's house tonight?" he asked his wife.

"Yep." she gave him a kiss before turning around and grabbing an apple juice from the fridge. "Don't forget Jake and Andre are babysitting the kids today at their house." Bella gave her husband another kiss and then her sons before walking out the door.

Bella opened the front door of the house she lived in as a teen. All the cars were outside, indicating that everyone was here. She walked in and was greeted by the entirety of the Marino clan. Oliver, Luciano, Castello, Giuseppe, and Leo's son ran past Bella as she closed the front door.  She walked into the living room and saw Alessio's two daughters and Leo's three daughters playing with a large Barbie dollhouse. Camilla and Mia were sitting on the couch enjoying a glass of wine. 

"Hey Bella. Was work fun?" Camilla asked. 

"Always. Today the second graders were making little clay pots." Bella gleamed.

"How is baby Anabella?" Mia asked. Bella rubbed her stomach and then looked at Mia's wine glass affectionately.

"I miss wine." Bella sadly sighed. 

Leonardo walked out from the kitchen, "Hey sorellina. Are you ready for some carbonara? Andre helped Dante and I because we screwed it up almost." Eva had retired three years ago because she had a heart attack, so now the Marino family had to cook all the time by themselves. 

The entire family sat down at the table. Leo at one end and Damiano at the other. Everyone was together and they all appreciated their family. Their wives, their husbands, their kids, their nieces, their nephews... Their Bella.
