(read in dark mode,,
this a male character x male oc because i really hate having to say over and over again,, ,)
king had to leave in the morning and it was already around seven pm, so he decided to walk around the city until he was tired enough to sleep. • a few bad decisions were made, and now he has hot pink hair. this wasn't a big shock to the chairman, who had dealt with kings antics for about two years.
king dying his hair is like a normal human function. he had hoped he would keep it blue for awhile, but that clearly didn't happen. • jake ji could have sworn he saw an angel walk into his house. pink haired king? yes please.
who knew that the boy who tried his hardest to blend in would do this. king was the type to not really care for attention, so he blended in as a natural instinct.
it was clear that he wasn't thinking when he bought the dye, nor was he thinking when he actually followed through with it. somehow, no matter how many times he dyes his hair, it always stays soft. that was something dean and jake noticed considering they like petting him.
dean was pleasantly surprised when king walked in from his short trip. it was cute, bright, but cute. everyone was sat in the living room, so king walked straight in and sat in deans lap.
who could blame him? head pats from dean is everyone's goal in life.
he began humming a happy tune and swayed back and forth. dean held his waist with one hand, the other twisting king's pink hair.
they were sat like that for a while, neither noticing donald's confused expression. king's phone was buzzing every five seconds and donald wanted to know why. when he checked, he realized it was a group chat full of people trying to get king's attention.
"hun, your phone has been going off nonstop since you've been home."
king just nodded and got up to retrieve his phone from donald. right when he reached for it donald jerked it up so he missed.
"they're accusing you of something, may i know what?"
king sighed and looked to his left.
"it's nothing."
the blonde gave him a look, as if saying, 'we both know you're lying.'
with a curt huff he explained with little detail why his friends were blowing up his phone, accusing him of lying to them.
he never lied to them. if they had simply gone on any social media they would always see his name on trending. he shouldn't have to explain every little thing about himself. the only one that seemed to understand his situation would be zack, who always identified himself in king.
instead of answering any of them, he muted the chat. he decided to deal with it later. right now he's spending time with the people he loves. king didn't go back to dean, instead he snatched the phone from donald and sat with jake. he was very clearly irritated with his friends, so he cuddled into jakes side and tried sleeping. it took him awhile, but he did fall asleep.
he awoke a couple hours later. the sun was setting and jake was still there, but also asleep. he realized all of his boyfriends had piled onto the couch he was on. wolf had been forced to the floor by donald, who was in king's other side. dean was sat on jakes side.
king couldn't even think of getting out of the hood jake and donald had on him. somehow, he lifted himself onto the back of the couch and out of their grip. no one had made dinner clearly, so that's what he did. the others were asleep until king woke them up to eat.
sleepy dean is adorable. some of his hair had come out of its pony tail and fell onto his forehead, and he was rubbing his eyes with a pout.
oh my god. you can't just do that.
[short dean appreciation chapter!]
[also, i'm thinking about adding jimmy.]
