Chapter Seventeen

Sebastian's POV

I step out of the portal and find myself in front of the London Institute. A man steps out of the shadows.
"Lord Sebastian, you came." Alec's voice said.
"I told you I would come. Did you doubt my word?" I ask in a dangerously quiet voice.
"No, no, not at all." He said hurriedly.
"Quit talking like Alec, it's getting on my nerves."
"Right, sorry master." The demon's voice said.

I look around. All the lights in the Institute were turned off.
"Where is Clarissa's room?" I ask.
Alec shifted a bit. "Well, you see-"
"Spit it out."
"When you told me to stop Clarissa from getting to Jace, Ikindofknockedheroutsosheisintheinfirmary."
"You what!" I screamed. "Why was I not informed of this?!"
"I'm sorry, master."

I sigh.
"Just show me where the infirmary is." I say.
Alec doesn't move.
"Today would be nice!" I shout.
The demon hurries to point out where the infirmary was.
"Thank you." I say, exasperated. "One more thing, what has become if Jace?"
"He is possessed and avoiding Clary."
"Good, good. You can leave now."

Alec bows and leaves me to it.
The infirmary is on the top floor.
How am I going to get up there? I wonder.

Then it hits me.
"Now this is where being part demon pays off." I grin as I walk up the walls of the London Institute.
I get to the infirmary window and look in. Clarissa is sleeping on a bed, looking extremely peaceful.
Smirking, I carefully lift open the window and step inside.

Clary's POV

I'm awaken by the sound of a window being opened.
"Who's there?" I whisper.
I hear a laugh from the shadows.
"Really sister, I would of thought that you'd be happier to see me." Sebastian says as he walks towards me.
I open my mouth to scream, but Sebastian quickly puts his hand over my mouth.
"If you scream, I will kill everyone you care about." He threatens.
I nod and he lets go.

His hand is reaching for his pocket.
"Don't worry, this isn't going to hurt." He says.
Just as I'm about to scream, he tips something cold and slimy down my throat.
I gag and soon I drift off into unconsciousness.

Hey guys,
Gosh, I feel like I end most of my chapters with someone blacking out. In case anyone got confused, remember, Alec is possessed.
Anyway, what did you think of this chapter? Did you like that most of it was in Sebastian's POV?
I was thinking about putting Clabastian into the next couple of chapters. Pls comment your opinion!
